CF parking ?

Arrived home just now to someone parked in my space. Have had to block them in by parking behind them as baby needed changing and feeding.

This hasn't happened before in the 18 months I've lived here!

Used to hate that. One cheeky bunch arrived at there car Just as we pulled up ‘well you weren’t using it!’ So what?that does not mean you can just rock up and park there!

It's a public street why do you think u own the space? Do u know if it's a district nurse seeing an elderly patient. Your the CF everyone pays road tax

Maybe OP does own the space? It doesn’t matter if it’s a nurse, she still doesn’t have the right to park on someone else’s property. OP if you own the space keep the CF blocked in until they apologise!

I can't see the diagram, but if each parking space is designated to each property with a property number painted on the space - and you've paid for it - then nobody else has the right to park on it - because it's not a 'public road'.

@mama17 it’s an allocated space so even if it is district nurse they shouldn’t be parking there. When you have an allocated space you actually do one that bit of the road as you pay for it when buying your property. Read the thread properly before being rude!

Also there is no such thing as ‘Road tax’ it’s vehicle excise duty and some people don’t pay.

Yes it's my space with my house number it came with the house when I bought it!
