Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

Jacket potato with cheese.

Natural yog and low sugar apple compote

An apple
A yog

Usual pints of coffee, water and tea

2/3 of a quesadillia, it was huge

Dinner will be beef casserole, if at all. Not hungry after the quesadillia.

Instructed DH to get wine, let's hope he delivers

B - ready brek with linseeds and homemade blackberry compote, with a whitworths shot on top
S - small skinny latte
L - massive plate of leftover winter vegetable crumble, couple of leftover broccoli & cauliflower florets, couple of chocolates
D - wasn't massively hungry, just had a muller gingerbread corner yoghurt. It was very very nice. I might have a Horlicks before bed.

Loads of tea and water. Two coffees.

Breakfast - a croissant

Lunch - cheese and tomato sandwich and bag of baked ready salted

Dinner - cooking it now. A cheese and mushroom pancake with red cabbage.

Porridge topped with maple syrup, slice of toast.
Mushrooms on toast and a pear.
Beef and barley casserole, cavolo nero, some hazelnut milk chocolate.
Coffee, orange juice and white wine.

2 mugs tea with semi skimmed.

A cheese topped bap sandwich with 4 fish fingers and tartare sauce. Glass of orange juice.

A flat white coffee in Costa.

Home made bacon, lentil and cabbage soup with 2 slices garlic ciabatta.

Well I've had a ton of rubbish as I've been feeling sorry for myself in bed al day
2 slices fruit bread with butter
A round of marmite on toast
A small bowl of pasta pesto and cheese
4 plums
2 fish cakes (ready made as feel so grim) broccoli
Half a bottle of Pinot Grigio
I think I've put on half a stone in the last couple of weeks with this virus and hope it ends soon

L- sausage and lentil stew

Snack- bag of hula hoops

Dinner later this evening will be an Indian take away. I fancy a biryani, samosas, and the potato and spinach thing they do 😋

No idea what supper will be, turkey casserole in slow cooker but I don't fancy it now 😟

B - protein shake b4 gym class, apple and banana afterwards.

L - home made chicken and veg soup with brown rice

Snacks - ryvita, cottage cheese, crab sticks.

D - will be stir fry veg and vegan chicken

Drinks - tea, water

This is much healthier than usual 😂 hoping to drop a few pounds ahead of Christmas splurge!

Yesterday -

Bowl of sugary cereal
A poncy soup from Waitrose with loads of nice bread and butter, some salad
A few Roses chocolates
Dinner was Cajun halloumi burgees with sweet potato wedges and corn on the cob
Red wine

Today

Two pieces of toast when I got up early with baby
Porridge with cinnamon and honey
A baguette with salami, mozzarella and tomatoes
A chocolate yogurt (was very disappointed as it was the Christmas version and no where near as good as the normal one)

I haven’t decided on dinner yet, there’s three options and I will assess which is closest to going off and will use that. Ideally I want pie and chips but i have veg and stuff that probably won’t be good tomorrow.

B- collective dairy yogurt - about half a big tub (banana butterscotch flavour it was yum!) plus a coffee
L - smoothie with some marmite rice cakes and carrot sticks and a Nescafé gingerbread latte
Snack - packet of walkers squares, some grapes and a cup of tea

For dinner we're having a Tesco dine in meal. Chicken in white wine sauce, chunky chips, salted caramel pudding and a few glasses of red wine.

Roast chicken slices
2 x graze-style protein packs - cashews, soy beans, peanuts, essentially

Thai-style pork mince and a couple of tbsp of basmati rice

A small bar of dark chocolate

A couple of cups of tea, a few pints of squash
