Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

B - coconut porridge with a coconut, nut & white chocolate graze punnet on top
S - 2 americanos & DD's biscuit at the garden centre ("didn't like it" after asking for it!)
L - didn't get time, 3 tuc biscuits
D - homemade chicken chilli concoction on jacket potato, salad

ridiculous amounts of tea and not enough water.

Breakfast - cup of tea

Lunch - chicken and avocado sandwich on brown bread, packet of cheese and onion crisps and a mini pack of chocolate buttons

Dinner - sirloin steak and a baked potato

Supper - cup of tea and a mini Milky Way

I really must get rid of the rest of the Halloween chocolate and stop eating the bloody stuff

I don't know why I enjoy these threads. Oddly fascinating.

I had -
a bowl of muesli and a homemade yogurt with a dollop of blackberry jam

A ham sandwich, a giant piece of cake and a satsuma

A large bowl of what I'm calling winter vegetable stew.

I'm a bit hungry now so I think I should have added some protein into the stew.

Rubbish day - forgot to eat until this evening but had can of Pepsi for lunch then 2 sausages 4 hash browns and half a can of beans for supper followed by 4 chocolate cakes. Healthy!

A white wheat wrap with chicken breast slices, lot of salad, bit of mayo.

Dinner was chicken paprika (chicken thighs, onion & garlic, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, paprika simmered together and finished with a bit of sour cream), white rice, peas, steamed broccoli. Someone else was cooking - I wouldn't ever choose to have chicken twice in one day.

3 mugs tea with semi skimmed milk.

B - fruit and nut muesli with orange juice and natural yoghurt.

L - carrot and coriander soup, pear

D - gnocchi with bacon and tomato sauce, salad

S - banana, rock bun, a few celebrations, chocolate digestive, 2 cream crackers and cheddar.

Tea, coffee (decaf) water and squash.

I’m snacking waaaay too much.

Two slices of white toast with butter and marmite

Two flatbreads filled with some halloumi, roasted vegetable cous cous And taztziki.

An m&s "lighter" chocolate muffin dessert.

5 salted crackers with primula.

About 3 cups of decaf tea.

B: 2 slices toast and reduced sugar jam

mid morning - skinny latte and two chocolates

L: homemade lentil and sweet potato soup and 2 tangerines with bit of dark chocolate

mid afternoon snack: nuts and tea and 2 sweets

D: chilli with rice, cucumber, tomatoes and some peas, slice of toast, greek yogurt and stewed apple

late night snack - crusts of bread from the sandwich I made for pack lunch.

Carb cravings due to winter!!

Such a grim breakfast - found six cold, greasy battered chicken things leftover from daughter’s Chinese takeaway the night before so I ate them

coffee with almond milk and sugar

supper - 3 massive bowls of mini chocolate weetabix (like almost the entire box) with almond milk and sugar

L - mixed leaf salad, red slaw, poached eggs, lentil crisps, vanilla quark
D - homemade very spicy leftover chicken curry & naan, hot chocolate

Loads of tea, 1 coffee, water

Yesterday I had (its past midnight here!):

Breakfast
A bowl of no added sugar oat muesli w/ dairy free coconut milk, blueberries and a glass of orange juice.

Slept most of the day (thanks depression) so I ate again at dinner time:
A piece of plain basa fish fillet w/ stir fry vegetables, canned tomato, wholewheat noodles and some peas.

Also had a large Diet Coke at a bar in the evening. :)

Usually eat lunch obviously but today was different.

Nothing much as I am in pain, banana and a slice of toast, rather a lot of codeine.

My dr said ‘you are not eating are you’ when she tested my urine earlier 😢.

I love food as well!

Bad day at work today which I think is reflected in my food...

B - protein yogurt
L - coop Christmas sandwich
D - fish cake and chips from the chippy

Also had - a mini cupcake, an apple, half a bar of Lindt chilli chocolate 😬 glass of red wine.

Not a fantastic day!

Today so far has been a none vomit day for me (16 weeks pregnant and been really struggling with sickness) so Iv managed to eat and keep down.

Crispy choc roll
Cheese and onion sandwich
Bacon wrapped asparagus with mash and green veg

I’m actually still hungry though

Had a lovely two days. Been to Birmingham for an interview (which I really hope I did well on but as I want it so much doubt i'll get in). Posh hotel and lots of lovely food

Yesterday -

Nutritious (!) breakfast of cheese and onion mccoys, nutella belvita thing

Parma ham, mozzarella and tomato baguette
Chocolate toffee popcorn

Water, a few cola colin caterpillars

Cocktail
Posh spaghetti bolognese
Rhubarb and strawberry creme brulee and lemon biscuits

Today -

Bacon, sausage, egg, hashbrowns. Fruit juice

3 cocktails (post interview drink) in the botanist. Were lush

Ask Italian - Cheese fondue and bread
Spaghetti carbonara
White chocolate and almond mousse

1 marshmallow (big ones off the christmas stall - a nutella one)

Chicken and bacon baguette

Don't usually eat this much/bad at all! It's not usual at all - even though it was an interview the posh hotel made it like a mini break so it was kind of 'holiday' mindset. Had great fun anyway. Back to normal tomorrown

Experimental duck curry made by husband - agreed not a contender for regular selection 😕 Brown basmati rice nice though.
Cups of tea with oat milk at various points ( dairy intolerance)
Not very hungry today - have been making chutney and the vinegary smell has distinctly blunted my appetite .
