Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

Yesterday

B - banana and a cup of tea
L - dahl and half a naan
pear and a few dates
D - fried egg, chips and beans

Lots of cups of tea

B- bacon roll (3 pieces bacon, white roll, ketchup)

L- 2 egg omelette with onion, pepper and gruyere

S- packet of french fries

D- bacon and leek pasta with sauce made from boursin

S- mince pie ice cream cone

distinctly lacking in fruit and veg today!

Yogurt with nuts
Some cheese on toast for lunch
Veg and paneer kebabs with rice for dinner
Red wine!

I really had junk food cravings in the afternoon but couldn’t get out to the shop. Probably for the best.

Pea and mint soup
X2 raw fruit/nut bar thingies
Homemade steak and kidney pudding w/ sweet potato mash and peas
Small handful of some crisps i didnt really like
1 diet coke, 1 filter coffee + inumerable cups of tea and half a cup of water

Pasta with chorizo and parmesan, water
Tea,
Handful of Doritos, hummus, olives, alcohol free beer, dim sum selection
Tonic water, salted caramel ice cream

Lentil & veg soup, slice of seeded bread. Apple

Dinner a little later will be home made cottage pie, sprouts, peas and carrots. A glass of wine will be had too

A bagel with cream cheese and cucumber
Some passion fruit yogurt
Dinner is spaghetti with vegetarian meatballs and loads of cheese

Bit of a messed up day today.

No time for breakfast, wasn't really hungry until about 11 though, so ended up eating:

A slice of leerdammer
A TUC biscuit
A chocolate chip cookie (homemade)
Half of DD's sandwich
An apple

Went out for dinner and had:

Half a roast chicken (only ate the brown meat and skin, the breast was dry as fuck.)
One roast potato (was soggy so left the rest)
One bite of yorkie (DD nicked the rest!)
Peas
Broccoli
Carrots
Cauliflower cheese

Finished DD's ice cream

Came home & had a speculaas cake thing.

Feels really bitty and insubstantial.

Today has been shocking here.
No breakfast as was spinning this morning and can’t cope unless on an empty stomach so
Mid am-faux twin and a pint of Pepsi max
Mid afternoon-Sunday roast consisting of gammon, roast chicken, mash, roast potatoes. Brussels cabbage, Yorkshires and cauliflower cheese
Currently- another faux twix, a yoghurt and soon to be a bar of chocolate 🙄 it was going sort of well. But I’m over 7 stone down on what I was the day before I had my son 10.5 months ago so I’m not going to beat myself up too much

L - cream crackers, cheddar and grapes
D - chicken pie, carrots, broccoli and mash

S - 2 clementines, a jammy dodger, 2 small slices of birthday cake.

Lots of decaf coffee, tea, squash to drink. I never drink enough water.

Not a great day...

B - protein yogurt
L - 2 boiled eggs, walkers sun bites crisps & apple

Snacks - 2x pieces of cake from the staff room at work 😬 small piece of malt loaf and packet of walkers squares

D - will be a Chinese as we're both too tired to cook.

Will have to do much better tomorrow!

Carb central today. I've been in need of comfort:

B - porridge with cinnamon and maple syrup.

L - leftover roast beef sandwich with horseradish, two homemade oatmeal cookies (still warm!).

D - prawn, pea and mushroom risotto.

Might have another cookie in a minute...

Treat.. glass of red wine and a flake.

Supper - some kind of chicken curry with rice and 2 papadums

Muller corner yoghurt (Christmas bakery edition) grapes and a bottle of beer (lager? It’s called brasserie)

L: 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices gluten free toast with a Dairylea Light triangle instead of butter, lettuce and seasoning
D: My DMs leftover cottage pie, (thanks Mom!), brocolli, mixed vegetables and gravy.

Treat: Whiskey and Coke but only one Smile
