Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

Love being nosey and seeing what everyone eats Grin

B - Porridge with peanut butter
L - Broccoli and spinach soup
D - Turkey and spinach lasagne

S - hard boiled egg, a couple of mini mozarella and sundried tomatoes and a bit of cheese (lasagne was taking too long to cook Blush )

1 black coffee before work, lots of cold water and hot water with lemon

Carbs, basically

2 crumpets with marmite
Small tray of chippy chips and mushy peas
2 toast
Gnocci with kale, broadbeans and mushrooms

Ran 7 miles

That looks like loads Blush

Breakfast - wholemeal toast and butter
Lunch - vegan cheese and tomato sandwich on wholemeal bread
Dinner - vegan homemade mushroom medley tart with broccoli
Snacks - nuts, biscuits and an apple
Drinks - water, squash, coffee, diet coke

An average day but I usually have more tofu, rice, noodle, stir fry, curry dishes for dinner.

L - slice of seeded wholemeal toast with tomato
D - half a chicken breast with some green beans

L - chicken salad and homemade coleslaw, pear
D - jacket potato, cheese, pulled pork, baked beans.

S - banana, fruit shortcake biscuit, breakaway bar.
D - water, black currant squash, decaf coffee x 3, tea x1

Not much fruit and veg today...would usually be more.

2 eggs with spinach

Cereal bar

Lettuce, tomatoes and cottage cheese (sweet chilli and red Pepper and it looked like vomit so couldn't finish it)
Swedish quark yogurt

Banana
Apple

Homemade chilli con carne with baked potato and bit of cheese
Home made choc cake and choc custard (good food day til then)
3x cups of tea
A mouthful of orange juice.

1 coffee
1 glass fizzy
1 glass water
1 miniature can sprite
2 sips mint tea
4 home made chips (they were rank)
Mouthful of lamb (rank)
2 Lidls chocolate chip cookies (Maryland type)
1 bag Worcester sauce crisps
Thumb sized piece cornbread
Almost half a share bag of salt vinegar potato twist crisps

A large piece of Dairy Milk

Im always amazed and jealous at how many people manage three meals and nothing else. No snacking or picking at all.

Especially the people who have an evening meal and then STOP EATING. This is how I need to be.

Chicken breast
Mediterranean veg tray bake
New potatoes
Green beans

Cup of tea
Cup of coffee
Cup of earl grey
Probably have a cup of pukka night time tea shortly

3 litres of water

Today has been a bad food day I've had 2 sausage rolls a bag of s&v crisp, a small bowl of chicken and bacon pasta bake left over from yesterday, 4 pineapple fingers 3 cups of tea and a large glass of dilute summer fruits

B - Bran flakes with a cup of tea
L - Goat cheese and tomato tart
D -Jerk chicken with coleslaw and rice and peas
S - I made sticky ginger cake with DD so just had some of that with a cup of tea. Feel a bit sick ..

Yesterday:

B - coffee, bowl of muesli
L - two boiled eggs, rice, carrot and cucumber sticks
D - marinaded beef strips, mashed potato, green beans, spinach and mushrooms
Snacks - Greek yoghurt and a banana, cup of tea, 25g milk chocolate

Four spicy bean burgers (2 for breakfast and 2 for lunch) with ketchup and garlic mayo and four slices of toast

Probably have a bag of revels later 🤔

On about 1100 calories for the day, might have another Fudge later.

B - 3 weetabix with honey & raisins
L - cheese croissant, mini pork pie, banana, 1/2 apple
S - bag of maltesers
D - cottage pie, carrots, peas & gravy

I’m upstairs now waiting for the toddler to fall asleep and DP has just text me a picture of wine and nuts ... so I guess I’ll be having some of those soon too 😬
