Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

B - coffee and digestive biscuits, greek yoghurt and berries
S - halloween chocolate
L-veggie indian ready meal and rice
S- slice of cheesecake and cup of tea, packet of crisps as the cheesecake was really sweet
D- roast chicken, new pots, brocolli, yorkshire puddings.

Toast with butter and jam

Half rack of ribs with a chicken breast with chips, mushroom, onion rings, bbq sauce and rainbow coleslaw.
A pint of kopperburg cider
A pint of shandy
6 nougat sweets from lidl
A satsuma
Some unsalted pistachios

If I ate the same as a lot of you I'd be the size of a house with no energy....

B- slice whole meal toast and bovril, 5 prunes
L- chicken and avocado salad, a banana
D- glass of red wine with my my lovey neighbour as exH was being more twattish than usual
S- coffee and digestive biscuit

Cheese crisps
Spinach cannelloni and salad later possibly 2xlagers if kids go to bed

Breakfast: one slice of rye bread, scrambled eggs, fried mushrooms and two rashers of bacon

Post gym: peanut protein bar

Lunch: half a mini salmon quiche (it was tiny, the whole thing was about three inches in diameter) and half a pistachio escargot (pastry)

Snack: three jalapeño peanuts and two jelly babies

Dinner: half a roasted butternut squash with quinoa, feta, red pepper and olive stuffing

I may have a yoghurt at some point.

@wtf2015 If it makes you feel any better, I am the size of a house. But if I ate what you eat, I'd be a steaming, raging fury who got locked up for harming innocent people. I get furious when I'm underfed.

D - fish, rice and vegetables
S - 2 chocolate digestives, packet of crisps

M&S fruit & nut milk chocolate bar, tea
Tonight dinner will be Kerala chicken curry and rice, water

Hummus and chicken sandwich with carrot sticks

Cadbury’s eclair sweet, an orange, tea and diet iron bru

Dinner will be marks beef ravioli with their cheese and pesto flatbread and a tomato mozzarella salad.

Pudding - figs, grapes and yoghurt.

Usually can’t go to bed without a cup of tea and likely a miniature hero.

Coca Cola kids cough syrup and throat sweets (pregnant and ill)

Coffee milk shake, crackers with veggie pate, hot honey and lemon, more Coca Cola

Dinner will be chunky beef stew and a few more honey and lemons possibly some more Coca Cola though I'm nearly at my caffeine limit for today...

I've been not very healthy today!

Started off ok with breakfast of quark, pear & all bran.

Lunch was a bowl of tomato rice soup & an oatcake. Hot chocolate.

Grabbed a slice of pizza for dinner while rushing around. Shared half a dairy milk with DC1. Glass of squash.

Loads of tea & water.

I'll have some veggies tomorrow!!

Breakfast was late so it felt like brunch. 2 poached eggs. 6 green olives 2 cups of tea , 3 glasses water through morning.
Bowl of sugar free granola and semi skimmed milk about 3.30.
Tea was chicken breast, carrots, red pepper, broccoli. More water.
Trying trying to go sugar free. Im onlg on day 2l ol
