Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

In order:
Two packets of Worcester Sauce Flavour French Fries
A few Maoms
Some nachos with all ~the trimmings~
Half a "sharing" pack of Malteser buttons
2 glasses of wine
On a health kick obvs.

Breakfast:
Pancakes with honey
Kiwi fruit
Espresso with oat milk

Lunch:
Boiled egg, lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion,
Pate on Small water crackers x 5
Houmous and smoked salmon on 2 x oatcakes

Dinner:
Rice with tomato and red pepper sauce, Chicken re-fried and Cheddar cheese with
Leeks, red pepper & halloumi cheese with sweet chilli and soy sauce
Small glass white wine

Water to drink through day

B - cherry skyr, asda seed & apricot shot, handful of all bran, drizzle of chocolate sauce
L - was napping, so missed it.

S - between 3 and 5pm - digestive, nectarine, plum
D - chippy - DC & I share a fish & chips & mushy peas with curry sauce
S - couple of cherry liqueur chocolates

loads of tea, coffee & water.

Anyone else find Sundays are a bad day for constant nibbling?

Today I've scoffed...

B - small slice of fruit strudel (leftover from dinner last night), 2 cream crackers with mature cheddar and an apple

L - Portobello mushroom stuffed with garlic cream cheese and a latte

D - Roast chicken, roast potatoes, stuffing, cauliflower cheese, tons of veg.

Snacks - small choc chip cookie, slice of apricot swiss roll, Frosties cereal bar (really wanted chocolate but couldn't be bothered to go to shop and get some)

Blueberries x strawberries
Muller Light

Large 1 egg Yorkshire pudding
Lean ham
Fried mushrooms x tomatoes
15g cheese
Spinach

Will have panning with cheese x bacon x home made soup for dinner.

Fruit at work at midnight.

Blueberry coconut 'yogurt'.

That's it. I don't feel like proper food today and definitely don't feel like making anything major. There's an M&S gf turkey sandwich in the fridge calling my name right now.

Coca Cola
Skittles dark side a few mini packs
Chow mean rice noodle pot
Ham and cucumber sandwich with mayo
Small Bowl of sauce and veg out of the cooking pot roast
Will have some beef, Yorkshires, roasties, buttered greens, stuffing balls and gravy for dinner
Then will eat left overs from the pot roast with bread once the kids are in bed...

B- Toast with jam and coffee
Coffee out, half a bar of chocolate
Late lunch - cheese on toast with baked beans, bacon and garlic mixed into the beans.

D- 🤷‍♀️ I’ll have a rummage and see what’s in the fridge.

L - scrambled eggs, beans & bacon on toast
D - Roast Chicken, stuffing, yorkies, roast potatoes, veg.
Profiterole gateau for pudding.

Had 2 biscuits this afternoon. Won’t eat anything else - I’m stuffed!

B Croissant & 2 cups of tea.
L "Small" roast pork dinner at the pub (it wasn't that small!) large glass of wine
D Will be quesadillas - chicken, chorizo & guac. More wine no doubt, when the Sunday blues kicks in!

B - Linda McCartney sausages, fried egg, tomatoes and toast

L - houmous and cucumber wrap

D- planning an Indian takeaway later. Usually have mushroom pilau, onion bhaji, veggie curry and daal

Snacks - Parma violets, a drumstick lolly and a handful of m and m’s from the Halloween sweets

Drinks - decaf tea and sparkling water

L - was very late. Rice noodles with salmon, broccoli and green beans. Diet Coke and slice of chocolate cake.

D - bits and pieces, cooked for lunch, will not be cooking again

B - 2 weetabix with skimmed milk and a banana
L - jacket potato, salad and prawns in a Marie Rose sauce
D - haven't eaten yet but will be having chicken casserole with roast potatoes and broccoli

Also have a mini bag of chocolate pretzels and a can of Pepsi max to have later on as a treat.

B: oj, coffee, toast with butter and jam
Lunch: Covent Garden soup with crusty bread
Tea: enchilada and spicy wedges
Snacks : packet of squares crisps, 2 dairylea triangles, 2 rich tea biscuits, a small donut.
Drinks: sparkling water with squash

My snack intake is awful because I've got morning sickness and the only time I don't feel nauseous is when eating 😳

Nothing necause I've been rushed off my feet. Am now starving and have very little in the fridge (questionable bag of salad, 2 slightly out of date yoghurts and some margerine) so will probably end up getting a take away which I will regret - both for the calorie intake and the cost.

Making a curry for dinner with chicken, spinach, shredded cabbage, peppers and onion and coconut rice

started drinking at 7am so not the healthiest (at an event) but

Cider, chili chocolate liqueur, rhubarb gin, sloe gin, some other alcohol

Cheeseburger with mustard ketchup mayo

Cup of tea with milk and 4 sugars

Shortly: pizza, large I hope
