Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

Bowl Nat yog, 2 tablespoons Granola, few slices of banana
Coffee

Large coffee once I got to work
2 apples
Cottage cheese

Chicken and veg casserole
A yog and Granola parfait from my fave deli

Spinach, mushroom, pancetta and feta omelet
Small glass wine
Few bits of chicken

Trying hard to get the last half a stone off.

Cheese sarnie and chocolate mousse for lunch

Sausages and crisps for dinner plus a million bottles of beer (we were at a party)

pre gym B - green tea, banana and tangerine
post gym B - overnight oats
L - scrambled egg with spinach salad
S - apple and 2 squares dark chocolate
D - cajun chicken, cauliflower rice and veg
evening ‘S’ - 3/4 bottle of malbec!!

L- handful of leftover pasta pesto.

Snacks- malt loaf, a mini kinder bar thing, homemade flapjack and a brunch bar. I am breastfeeding a newborn so veryyyy hungry and most snacks consumed in cluster feeding hours!

L - nothing
D - salmon with green beans done in oven with pine nuts (jamie oliver recipe), slice of potato (wanted more potato but trying to minimise carbs)
S - atkins choc bar

B - two pieces of toast with lime and lemon marmalade and gallons of tea

mid morning two pieces of toast with marmite

lunch - salmon, potato salad and green salad

dinner - cheese and biscuits, guacamole and olives followed by tiramisu

snacks - two mini mars bars

glass of wine

B- cornflakes with a fresh orange juice
L- Ham and cheese toastie with cherry tomatoes on the side because I forgot to put them in, diluting blackcurrant juice
S - little pack of haribo tangfastics. Damn you Halloween sweeties being in the house begging me to eat them!
D- lentil soup with tiger bread roll, diluting blackcurrant juice.
I'm on a restricted diet as recovering from being unwell. I will no doubt regret the haribo later but they were yummy!

Breakfast - 3 shots espresso
Lunch - hit the co-op a little hard and had cheese and red onion sandwich with a whole bag of jalapeño pretzel pieces and a millionaire shortbread
Supper: hot chocolate

L- fish pie with buttered green beans and peas
few handfuls of (unsalted) crisps and 2 squares of dark chocolate
D - mushroom pizza made in tortilla base
steamed apples and ice cream for dessert

I'm doing bootcamp (low carb high fat) and really feeling quite smug currently...I actually hate myself at how smug I'm being..
B. Coffee with cream
L. Omelette, loads of cheese, spinach and bacon
D. Lasagne with cream and cheese shite sauce and courgette and spinach instead of pasta. Kids turned their noses up at the veg but hey ho.
Loads of water and peppermint tea, might have a tiny bit of dark choc later and a glass of red.

B - Mince pie and 1 and a half crumpets with lots of butter
L - Big fat scone with jam and butter and a latte
D - Portobello mushroom stuffed with garlic cream cheese, a southern fried chicken breast fillet and oven roasted Mediterranean vegetables

Snacks - 2 cream crackers with mature cheddar, 2 fish sticks and a slice of apricot jam roll
