Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

B - Frosties breakfast bar and a handful of grapes
L - 2 roasted chicken thighs, a latte and a coffee and walnut biscuit bar thing
D - Turkey and spinach curry with pilau rice

Snacks - About 5 cream crackers with hummus, a handful of skips

This is a really good day for me yesterday began with a cupcake for breakfast and snacks were a slice of cheesecake and a mince pie.

I’m on half term so brunch was bacon medallions, poached egg and spaghetti hoops with two slices of toast. Had a Christmas Costa (gingerbread hot chocolate) with a cookie about 2pm. Tea is going to be chicken curry I think, if I can be bothered to cook it Grin

mid morning - halloween sweets, pasta + pesto
L - sweet potato chick pea curry
D - 4 seeded bread + lemon curd, big pile of dates

B- coffee, throat sweets
S- more throat sweets, mince pie tart and medium gingerbread latte no cream from Costa
L- Nandos- lemon and herb butterfly chicken, sweet potato mash and corn on the cob, 1.5 glasses of Coca Cola
S- more bloody throat sweets
D- ham hock with leek and mustard sauce and potatoes and peas ASDA ready meal, glass of Coca Cola
S- children's cough syrup, more throat sweets and more Coca Cola

OMG I feel so rough I have the worst cold and just wanted to go to bed all day... Finally my HG seems to be under control so I can eat again but being ill and pregnant sucks. Miss Lemsip!

Melon chunks

Toast with cream cheese and marmite

Breakfast - Oat flakes and oat milk, cup of tea.
Dinner - Ham and cucumber sandwich in thins, packet of crisps and an apple.
Snack - 4 squares of dark chocolate.
Tea - Salmon with garlic and herbs, spicy rice.

Cup of tea and more chocolate, I'm very hormonal!

Coffee first thing. One very long brunch made of lots of things 🤔 chicken, onions, sort of cos type lettuce, halloumi, bacon, focaccia, I don’t remember what else. Some mulled cider.

6 lebkuchen stars

Will have either a cheeseburger or a hotdog and a can of Coke at the fireworks later.

L Tin of chicken and broccoli soup and a bowl of side salad low fat dressing, 1 satsuma
afternoon snack : another decaf latte and a slice of orange drizzle cake Blush
D currently making homemade fish pie I’ll serve with carrots and green veg

I had a cheddar and sun dried tomato mini Higgidy pie, it was nice. Perfect for one and quite filling so I don't mind waiting for the fish and chips my husband will bring in at 7.30pm.

L - wasn't hungry, had a passionfruit yoghurt & some raspberries about 2pm.
S - plum
D - will be homemade chinese chicken curry

Tv snacks will be the best part of a pack of malted milk biscuits (they are my absolute fave biscuit)

B- crumpets with jam. Coffee

L- lentil and chorizo stew, bread.

Snack- 4 chocolate digestives

D- is going to be home made 4 cheese pizza and chips with loads of salt. Few glasses of rose wine 😋

Grilled octopus and fir potatoes with salsa verde, bread, alcohol free beer

1 mini croissant. I wasn't 'allowed' another one because DM thought that Dnieces 'might' want one... So the rest of them were nibbled and wasted Hmm

A cinnamon + raisin bagel when we got home because it was a easiest thing to just, you know, EAT..!!!

Dinner however, was lamb-stuffed peppers with garlic flatbread and salad. Lovely..

Breakfast - low sugar granola with coconut milk

Lunch - avocado and scrambled eggs, piece of rye toast, cherry tomatoes and sugar snap peas, an apple

Snack - small bowl of Greek salad with olive oil

Dinner - salmon, brown rice, spring greens and sweet corn, light chocolate mousse

Sedentary day and big portions. This thread is showing me that I eat too much. I knew but was in denial.
