What have you eaten today?

Not seen one of these in a while and they're my favourite Grin

Today I've had:

B - 2 croissants with nutella
L - tuna & cucumber sandwich, cherry tomatoes/yellow pepper/carrot sticks and half a satsuma that my 2 year old "shared" (shoved in my face whether I wanted it or not!)
S - Grapes & 2 chocolate biscuits
D - chicken casserole with green beans & a yoghurt

Anyone else? Grin

3 * coffee and 36 grapes. I was so hungry I counted them. Just have not had time with work and work errands to eat. Am now eyeing up manky old crisps as I sit in the car waiting for dd to turn up after a school trip.

Two scrambled eggs.
Half a English muffin, didn't want to the other bit as DH bought stupid healthy peanut butter

Loadsa coffee

An apple
cottage cheese, boak

Just had chicken with pesto and pancetta, roasted cauliflower and butternut squash

Will go get another coffee I think ☕☕☕

Hot weetabix with yoghurt & eleventy billion cups of tea so far.

Not sure what I'm having later. I had an operation yesterday and I'm not really hungry.

2 pieces of toast with butter
3 squares of Aero
Half a packet of crisps
Homemade shepherds pie and a bag of spinach
2 glasses red wine

Lunch - leftover ragù with pasta and cheese
Supper - 4 egg frittata with cauliflower spinach garlic mixed peppers and cheese

D: cauliflower aged panchetta gratin.

I am very hungry indeed. Not eaten dinner yet.

No judgement! As an obsessive of fruit and veg, I’m genuinely curious how feel on a diet like that? And whether you’re “regular”?!

Breakfast: 1.5 pieces of whole meal semolina flatbread with strawberry jam and a cup of coffee, and toddlers left over chocolate cereal

Lunch: a bag of nougat, about 8 mini meringues, a bowl of potato egg thing followed by a cheese and salad filled pita

Afternoon snack: two large cinnamon buns (homemade), some cake, a glass of milk

I try not to eat dinner so hopefully will not eat anything else.

I have eaten more than usual but enjoyed it all

Custard danish
Cottage pie with carrots, cauliflower, green beans, peas and red and yellow pepper
Meringue with fresh cream and grapes
2x Hot dogs with onions and ketchup
2 red velvet Halloween cupcakes with chocolate eyeballs on the top.
Three lollipops out of the Halloween trick or treat bow.

I am still on holiday! Still too much food but trying to eat healthily and small portions.

Greek yoghurt with peaches, walnuts, oats. Small omelette. Two flat whites.

Grilled skate, roasted vegetables, couscous.
