Can someone help me find a new dream house please? (Rightmove Thread)

I know that there are people on MN who love a look at this gorgeous house on Rightmove threads, I'm one of them.

On the last such thread, I fell in love with a house, and decided that should I ever win the lottery I would buy it.

I went searching for it the other day and it was gone 

I need a new dream house !

No location criteria, no maximum price but I do want it to be a lovely old fashioned sort of house, big, with a nice view.

No modern types with loads of glass or those ones that have weirdly all wood interiors

Anyone got any suggestions?

Gosh @Laska5772 they are stunning, I prefer the interior of the first but the exterior (house wise) of the second, but the grounds of the first 🤔

Is that a residential property or in use as a Buddhist Centre?

Lots of external work needs doing and I'd need to spend out on redecoration - far too busy 😄

I’ve had to NC for this, but honest to god, that first house with the great view belongs to my in-laws! It’s AMAZING!

Way, way out of my reach Pawnee but the ones I posted do have a view of where I live .. (which is much cheaper) Here's one looking back the other way (not far from where I live in a house not even a quarter as grand)

That last one you posted, why is it that people with lovely houses, decorate them so terribly?!

Redecorating would cost the asking price.

I do like the Argyll and Bute one, again substantial redecoration !

Shirley, I Hope furniture is included in the price If they take it away I would not k ow where to start and I am quite good with decor 😂
