Because bottoms are, obviously, hilarious. 
He keeps smacking, patting and grabbing bottoms, pulling pants down to see underwear, grabbing at willies, trying to take pictures of bottoms when he manages to get DH's phone.
He does it to DH, friends at school, his 3yo sister
