Check out the online shopping baskets of your fellow Mumsnetters (pun intended) and find out which weird and wonderful items they've been snapping up this month.

And, if you want to be first to know about the next cult product, you can sign up to our Swears By and Moneysaver newsletters here.

All shopping data is anonymised and in no way connected to any user information. We only get shopping data from purchases made through Mumsnet affiliate links.

Mumsnet carries some affiliate marketing links, so if you buy something through our posts, we may get a small share of the sale (more details here).

Dr Botanicals Pomegranate sleeping mask. I got a sample in my August Birchbox. Only tried it last week. It is amazing. I woke with soothed and glowing skin the first time. The second time dh told me I looked like I'd been for a facial.

chedders I have really dry skin, I'm tempted to try this to see if it might help. Did you have dry skin? And did it help?

CheddarIsNotTheOnlyCheese · 18/10/2018 10:21

Black I have an extremely dry patch of skin above my left eyebrow. After one application it was significantly reduced. Its now barely noticeable. The sample I received is a generous 30ml. I'm just about to run out after using it twice a week for a month. I'm about to buy a full size one from Birchbox. If you want to sign up let me know. I have a £5 Off voucher you can try.

CheddarIsNotTheOnlyCheese · 18/10/2018 10:23

My first post should have said I tried it last month. (September).

Blackladybug · 18/10/2018 10:54

That sounds fab, I have some patches of dry skin on my face that means my foundation doesn't go on very well as it highlights the dryness.

Just had a look at birchbox, defo going to sign up. Voucher would be lovely, thank you very much Smile

Just copy that link. I hope you like it.

Fab! Thanks so much. Have just ordered my first box.

CheddarIsNotTheOnlyCheese · 18/10/2018 11:50

Aww great. I know you won't get that PO as a sample but you will get a 15% discount off that.and anything else you buy. If you get this month's there is a mask (gold or silver) which is fab. I got the silver and that was nice to use.

Blackladybug · 18/10/2018 19:25

It's actually the type of thing I've been looking for, a way to try small samples of different beauty products. I really want to take better care of myself and learn a bit more as I've no idea what I should be doing in terms of makeup or skincare or anything so it's perfect! I'll probably order the sleeping mask seperately.

I've bought a Neom reed diffuser and it's amazing.
