Describe yourself in 3 words

Morning all I had an interview recently where I was asked this question and my mind went blank. I fumbled my way through it but even now I'm struggling to think of 3 words to describe myself (or anyone for that matter)

How would you describe yourself in 3 words?

Middle-aged, tired, grumpy.

Possibly not interview appropriate though Grin. So let's say: focused, reliable, flexible.

NonaGrey · 16/10/2018 17:26

Enthusiastic. Conscientious. Assertive.

Pebblespony · 16/10/2018 17:28

Very, very tired.
I was once asked in an interview, if I were a fruit, what one would I be.

missmouse101 · 16/10/2018 17:30

Suppressed, knackered, worried.

missmouse101 · 16/10/2018 17:32

In an interview situation? Then committed, organised, thorough.

waterlego6064 · 16/10/2018 17:32

Anxious, energetic, humorous

PearlandRubies194 · 16/10/2018 17:32

Tired, exhausted, knackered 🤣

In an interview though; organised, committed, enthusiastic

saganorenscarandcoat · 16/10/2018 17:32

Anxious over thinker

winterinmadeira · 16/10/2018 17:33

Positive, funny, enthusiastic

NorthEndGal · 16/10/2018 17:33

Compassionate, creative, curious

Growingboys · 16/10/2018 17:37

Funny, energetic, tired.

QueenOfMyWorld · 16/10/2018 17:38

Confident,self-aware,selfish

legofriendly · 16/10/2018 17:39

In an interview... precise, capable, kind

lastqueenofscotland · 16/10/2018 17:40

Always fucking hungry.

chickydoo · 16/10/2018 17:44

Pretty bloody Awesome

ProfessionallyUnoffended · 16/10/2018 17:48

Pebblespony what fruit did you say? Not sure what I'd come up with. A tomato perhaps, as it is versatile?

Pebblespony · 16/10/2018 18:03

Completely blanked it and managed 'Apple'. It was a nightmare. I presume loads of people gave the same answer when put on the spot.

Luglio · 16/10/2018 18:05

Happy, lucky, insufferable.

SymphonyofShadows · 16/10/2018 18:07

Fat old punk

PrimeraVez · 16/10/2018 18:10

Sarcastic. Kind. Thinker.

In an interview: Strategic. Empathetic. Precise.

Bunnyhop1502 · 16/10/2018 18:11

In an interview: positive, reliable, calm.

In private: tubby, worrier, generous.

123rd · 16/10/2018 18:12

Urgh, I hate this sort of thing in an interview & give us a funny anecdote about yourself type thing...but I guess that's why they do it!

Anyway I would go with
Determined , capable and friendly

legofriendly · 16/10/2018 18:23

Did you have to say why you wanted to be a particular fruit?

OutwiththeOutCrowd · 16/10/2018 18:23

Interview: stoical, steadfast, stalwart
At home: dreamy, procrastinating, perma-bewildered
Fruit: dried up old prune

Pebblespony · 16/10/2018 20:30

No. No explanation required for fruit choice.
