'POO' on a working men's club. I imagine a 4 year old did it with finger paints.

anitagreen · 11/10/2018 22:35

When I moved into this house in the cupboard someone had wrote "trudys a slag" it's actually still there 😂😂

Marmalizes · 11/10/2018 22:37

A huge sign for a local reasturant called ARTS some comic added the FARTS. It made me Grin

AtSea1979 · 11/10/2018 22:41

sidge that’s brilliant

Helpmemyhairisterrible · 11/10/2018 22:41

Driving into work in St Andrews just before the royal wedding, someone had dug up the carpet bedding monogram which said W&K and replanted it to read WANK.

Never since has anyone in the Fife Council Parks Department moved so quickly!

SpoonBlender · 11/10/2018 22:51

There's a village called "Hutton Roof" a little way off. For twenty years or so someone would correct all the signposting to it to "Button Moon". I loved that. Wasn't there last time I went past :(

Last time I looked, there was no longer a "Reality checkpoint" on the lamp post in the middle of Parker's Piece in cambridge.

With those and "give peas a chance" going, I feel the world is a poorer place.

FaithInfinity · 11/10/2018 22:54

This at a cash point. My sister is vegan and I’m a Christian so we thought it was hilarious!

Also at uni there was a sign on the back of the loo door about WFH and making lots of money Hmm under it someone had written ‘If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is’. Words I have lived by for ever since!

Is "big daves gusset' still around, SE Londoners? London Bridge wasn't it?

Bezalelle · 11/10/2018 22:57

Graffiti in Liverpool:

"Yer Ma vapes in Central Station"

Cutting!

CrapSuzette · 11/10/2018 23:10

Written in the dust of a filthy white van in Fleet Street 20-odd years ago:
'I wish my wife was this dirty!'

Then underneath it, in different writing:
'She is.'

Bluesue26 · 11/10/2018 23:11

A friend of mine went to an all girls school and someone had written on the under side of a toilet seat "finally a man" Grin

billybullshitterz1 · 11/10/2018 23:12

The lovely suburban idyll Ash Road has been known as Gash Road for the last two years Grin

Changedmename1234 · 11/10/2018 23:17

The snappy snaps shop George Michael crashed into. Someone wrote Wham in the dent. It made me giggle.

Oh god, I love these. Proper belly laughs. Old skool humour Grin

Myteaismighty · 11/10/2018 23:29

Some really good stuff near I live, but a recent fave was: in big letters 'End tax on Menstruation' then in different writing underneath 'Yeah Blud'
Also a while back someone changed a rather dull 'Eat Shit' to 'Eat Shiitake Mushrooms' which made me chuckle

BloomsButtons · 11/10/2018 23:30

During the IndyRef a yes campaigner wrote the word YES in mahoosive letters on the hillside using sheets.

One night some mystery person went up there and changed the YES to SEX. It was brilliant!!

CliffordDanger · 11/10/2018 23:32

"Fuck Wigan" on the wall of a house in Bolton.

Dermymc · 11/10/2018 23:33

Town nearby called Dorridge. Someone added a small line to the straight bit of the first D and created Porridge. Makes me howl everytime.

wafflyversatile · 11/10/2018 23:35

"What sort of pervert takes a pen into a toilet, anyway?"

darklady64 · 11/10/2018 23:39

In the loo at Tate Modern (of all places) - "I miss Japan". Underneath - "So do I" and under that "Next time take aim more carefully".

Also a Stop sign near us - some wag had added Hammer Time - made me giggle for ages. I'm easily pleased.

Cavort · 11/10/2018 23:45

A lad at my high school was given the nickname 'Dense.'

I saw he had graffitid his name on a bin outside school, 'Dents.'

His nickname was very apt.

bunintheoven88 · 11/10/2018 23:45

@Bezalelle haha 😂
'ya ma sucks egg butties' is a personal favourite of mine too. It was on a wall on bold st for ages, I think it's been painted over now 💔
