Hi Everyone. I think I must have been a bit late last night. What time are you usually around on here?

Becca19962014 · 25/02/2019 10:17

Hi still we're around various times both day and night. Sorry no one responded when you were here.

I had a dreadful night thanks to my diabetes.

PinkHeart5914 · 26/02/2019 14:00

Hello owls 😃

Still nice weather so me and the dc have been for a walk round the park and to feed the ducks. The park has some new carvings out of old trees that had to be cut down, nice aren’t they?

Still Welcome we are around at different times of day and night

Hope everyone is ok

Ooh I love those Pink especially the toadstool one.
Lovely day here too, was going to clean outside windows but have been pottering about, now I can't be bothered !
No news of any baby from USA yet.
My niece was due to stop work this week but apparently she has some days to make up that she took off when her little boy was ill so now can't leave for another week. And her baby is due on 23rd !
And dh,s niece expecting her first baby sometime in June. They have struggled so this an ivf baby, they can't wait.
So there will be three new babies. 1 boy 1 girl and one we have no idea !
Don't think I'll have one though 😂 apart from age I don't know where it would grow as I have no womb !

Have you been out in this lovely sunshine Becca ?
It's days like this I like to sit outside in a cafe and just watch the world go by. I find it a very relaxing thing to do. Wondering about different people who pass by.

It's actually too warm for me here, I went out earlier to get meds and it was 21c coming back! I'm really worried it's going to get hotter and make me even more ill.

It's nice. Just too much for me.

HerRoyalFattyness · 26/02/2019 20:53

lin Grin
I love working in a nursery. Lots of baby cuddles but no pregnancy, labour or sleepless nights! (Well, actually i do have sleepless nights but at least im not trying to deal with a baby)

HerRoyalFattyness · 27/02/2019 02:57

Hoot! Hoot!

Anyone up?

LifeCasting · 27/02/2019 03:00

Can I join this lovely thread please? Could do with insomnia distraction

HerRoyalFattyness · 27/02/2019 03:02

Of course life everyone is welcome here.
How are you? Whats keeping you up?

LifeCasting · 27/02/2019 03:06

Thank you! Lovely to read about everyone. I’m an insomniac & have ASD. Having a bit of relationship bother right now & tough work situation. An not going in tomorrow as feeling too unwell . Need to distract myself!

LifeCasting · 27/02/2019 03:08

My DCs went tia lovely nursery, HerRoyal! We loved the ladies like you!

HerRoyalFattyness · 27/02/2019 03:15

I have ASD too.
I do love my job, but when you can't sleep and spend most of your day masking its draining sometimes!
I'm very lucky that my colleagues are so accepting of my odd little ways, so when i flap, or sniff my hair, or shake my legs, they just leave me to it. Grin

HerRoyalFattyness · 27/02/2019 03:16

Anything we can help with regarding relationship or tough work situ?
We might be able to help, or at the very least you'll be able to rant about it.
(By the way, please don't be offended if i disappear it means I've finally fallen asleep!)

LifeCasting · 27/02/2019 03:19

Oh you are lovely! I understandcre falling asleep - me too. Was absorbed in thread about trade secrets!

LifeCasting · 27/02/2019 03:22

Sorry you have ASD too. Yes yes to masking it and being exhausted. I wrote my boss an email to say I am struggling m. Argh. Short term contract so half hoping he picks someone else,

It must be lovely to work with the little ones! A safe feeling...

Relationship but tricky as man has ptsd so seems to blow hot & cold lately but enjoyed many cuddles & kisses earlier. I hope it lasts but I feel a bit fragile

HerRoyalFattyness · 27/02/2019 03:38

I hope your boss is able to accommodate you.
PTSD sounds like no fun at all. My brother has it from his time in Afghanistan. He hasn't spoken to me in 7years though, so i only know through my mum. He has distanced himself from the family, rarely even phoning our mum.

It is nice working with the little ones. Im in baby room, so we have structure and routine, but at the same time every day is different. So there is stability but its never boring.
I am also fascinated by how they learn. I love watching them play and learn. I wish i knew what waa going on in their heads.

Cherim90 · 27/02/2019 03:41

Cannot get back to sleep no matter what I try 😂 withdrawing from anti depressants whilst pregnant is so hard 🤦‍♀️

HerRoyalFattyness · 27/02/2019 03:48

cherim congrats on your pregnancy!

I'm trying to dose off but my 10 year old is talking in his sleep. I actually have no clue what he's saying, but he has just said "ni how" so he's speaking chinese Confused

LifeCasting · 27/02/2019 03:48

Hang on in there, Cherim!

Thank you, Royal. Aww sorry about your brother. OH and I rub along well so hopefully just a blip.

I loved the baby room! Just enough structure but full of cuteness! Maybe I should retrain...!!!

Wonder if it will be sunny tomorrow? Oh joy, up in 2 hrs for school run

LifeCasting · 27/02/2019 03:49

Speaking Chinese!! 🤣
Mine is snoring

How many months are you, Cherim?

HerRoyalFattyness · 27/02/2019 04:09

Yep.
He usually speaks German in his sleep. (We are not bilingual, but i did german in highschool and remember enough to know he wanted cake for breakfast when he was 2)
Ive no idea how he knows german. Or chinese for that matter.
But speaking foreign languages in his sleep has been a regular occurrence for DS1 since he was very small.

LifeCasting · 27/02/2019 04:11

That’s amazing! Very impressive. I have a snorer only, sadly...

Urgh bad knee. Regretting the glass of wine I had earlier

Urgh
