It feels that way for me too. Not best of days, though I've been out, got food etc. Lot of appointments this weeks so very stressed out, which is effecting my ibs a lot.

Ive had a bad day today. Just wanted to cry.
They can take a couple of weeks and its only been 6 days, so I'll give it a bit longer.

Fatty I hope they work for you soon, it’s awful feeling like crying all the time and being down. I took them in the past when my dd was stillborn and I had a bit of a dark time, unfortunately them alone didn’t really help for me it was talking therapy that was my help. Did the gp say about counselling or anything (you doing some mindfulness techniques for example) to go with them?

Lin No holidays planned yet for this year, dh keeps asking where I fancy but I’ve not got round to picking yet.

Pinkrabbit has been very good the last few days, the weather has been pleasant so she’s been out in the garden hopping about.

DC are all asleep so I’m waiting for dinner, once dh has cooked it I’m going to eat my body weight in pasta. I love pasta

I've had a tough few days. Lot of appointments and a disasterous sleep study, where I couldn't sleep!

Today I think I'll get meds and a bit of food and then rest this afternoon. I've been really bad at having my naps last few days and it really effects my sleep. I can get more food tomorrow from a big shop.

Me and dh are taking the dc to a petting zoo today with our friends, I say it’s for the dc benefit but I really want to pet a goat I love them! The weather is very nice for this time of year.

lin I'm loving new amsterdam on amazon! (I've also started watching salem!)

I have a Salem dvd but not seen any of New Amsterdam yet. She is due to have her first baby next week and has been written out of the prog temporarily so she can become a mum. But I can reassure you she will be back as she has just been offered another series, I won't spoil it and tell you how she will be written out though !
I have got two little pairs of baby shoes to send out to her ( she mostly lives in USA ).
But I expect she has everything as she had a big baby shower last week.
I won't get to see the baby in real life until she comes home in June, and that will only be if she comes down to my brothers to stay.
One thing. She dosent like being fat. Ever since she has got into this game acting lark she has been encouraged to stay slim, and she was, in fact at times worryingly so.
Anyway her baby s a girl and I heard yesterday she may call it ( whispers ) Sunday ! Who calls a baby Sunday !!! Hope she changes her mind about that.
Then 4 weeks today niece is due with no 2 , another boy who will be called Alfie.
Well that's enough about babies etc. How are you feeling Fatty any improvement yet ?
