Thanks pink. A lot of talking about options happened on Wednesday. And plans and preparation. Scary stuff. And ever since thy meeting it's all changed for the better, but that's probably because I was known to be there.

I had a dreadful night with stomach ache that kept me awake and the longer it went on the more terrified I got, the worse it got (I've ibs).

I'm still struggling and really shit company realised today that social services have been playing nasty games with me. I'm so fucjing stupid. I rang Samaritans and ended up having a row because some bastard called me a liar!

Honestly how difficult is it to listen and not judge?! ffs.

Wtf?!?! Samaritans are a listening service. That is what they do. If you're feeling a bit brighter tomorrow you really should complain.

I'm okay, although sitting drinking wine at 1am is probably never ideal. Not quite sure where the time went... have had lots of difficult decisions to make this week, but for the moment things are staying as they are. I have a lot of thinking to do and DH and I have a lot of work to do together to make things good again.

DH bashed his toe on the table last night and ripped his toenail off. It's still attached at the base, but the rest has come away from the nail bed - it's so gross. Also starting to smell a bit today so I'll have to take him up to minor injuries tomorrow. My day off is always fun...

I won't complain, there's no point. I don't know why I bothered trying it's completely hopeless. He said I was lying about struggling to get out as I'd gone to an appointment today so obviously could manage fine really and wasn't being fair.

I hope tomorrow goes ok.

I hate judgemental people. There's a thread about BPD and babysitting at the moment, don't go into it. The judgement and stigma is heartbreaking. I had a big long rant on there, but I wish I'd never opened it.

Becca How are you doing this morning? I’m shocked at the Samaritans tbh, they are a listening service and all of the people on the phones should of been trained. If they are just going to be judgemental then why bother volunteering.

I think certain threads on here about mental health/being overweight and benefits always end the same way. They are best avoided, as my Mum would say you can’t reason with stupid.

I got out for a few hours actually. Though I began to feel unwell I stayed and had some food. I slept briefly this afternoon. Had to phone social services who were rather quiet about everything. I really should not have sent that fucking email. I don't know what I was bloody thinking!!

I desperately need to be getting more rest than I am, but it's so hard when so afraid. I've had an emergency scan through for my neck which must be done by dr, I can't make what they've given me but they're rebooking.

Feeling stuffed cause I ate too much dinner and now feel so bloated.
Ds came to move all his stuff back out now they have moved into their new home, but all he bloody took was one hold-all and another small bag. I bet I now have the rest here for months to go with all his other stuff I have here from previous visits !! I was thinking I could get the room neat and tidy again.

DC have all gotne to mil for a sleepover tonight. Me and dh ave a few friends coming over later for dinner and drinks, I’ve prepared all the dinner chicken in spicy tomato sauce with Parmesan, garlic potatoes and corn cobs then a limoncello cheesecake.

So I’m not sitting with a face mask on and drinking pink gin, waiting for dh to get home
