Just making a playlist for my 40th and although I have a pretty good selection already I need more songs for the end of the night. Lots of drunken people standing in a big circle dancing and singing together type songs Grin.

Agadoo

Wigwam Bam
Gloria Gaynor I Will Survive (cue drunken power singing along with actions) or maybe that's just me Grin

Or Sai chi l'onore from Don Giovanni. Absolute banger.

Some of these suggestions would have me running home! You've got to please YOUR crowd

Cheeseandapple · 03/10/2018 19:50

Twist & shout was the first song we played after our first dance when we got married - everyone cheered and danced (half a room of scousers) & loads of people complimented my playlist!

HashTagLil · 03/10/2018 19:51

Mr Brightside - The Killers Best song in the universe

Anything by Abba

Jump Around - House of Pain

PlinkPlink · 03/10/2018 20:23

Catlovingdoctor 😂😂😂😂😂

Who doesn't love a banging classic like that? I can see it now... party goers on the dance floor, raving it up to Cosi fan tutte and Don Giovanni. If they're lucky maybe the DJ might even drop some Strauss or Bizet into the mix 😂😂😂😂😂

Atalune · 03/10/2018 20:30

My very serious recommendation is don’t have too much cheese...... it can be boring.

Shake it off- Taylor swift
Blurred lines- pharell
Drop it like it’s hot- snoop dog
The visitors- ABBA
Dog days- Florence and the machine
Dancing on the ceiling- Lionel Ritchie
Dizzee rascal- anything!
Hung up- Madonna

goforkyourself · 03/10/2018 20:32

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet...?

Titsywoo · 03/10/2018 20:42

Oh I'm not having too much cheese - a good mixture (and not too cheesy - Agadoo is a step too far even if I did love it as a child!). Thanks all I think I've got it now :)
