Best sandwich filling

I am making a list of things I want to eat on discharge from hospital as the foods not amazing here and I’ve overdosed on jacket potatoes!
I’m missing sandwiches please tell me your favourite so far all I have is a decent bacon sandwich with crusty white bread, butter and ketchup.

Coronation chicken. Retro but yummy!

Good old irish garage style
Mayo, cold chicken and lettuce
Mayo, chicken goujon
Tuna sweet corn and mayonnaise
Tuna sweet corn cheese and coleslaw
Mmmm

I love proper, thick cut deli counter ham on tiger bread with loads of butter.

If you want to get fancy I like smashed avocado on crusty bread with salt, pepper, sliced cherry tomatoes and warm smoked salmon

Slight deviation but cheese on toast using tiger bread instead of normal bread

mozzarella, avocado, tomato, toasted in a panini
egg mayo and cress tuna, cucumber, red onion crusty baguette
smoked salmon, cream cheese in granary bread
schnitzel with mayo in a bap - optional coleslaw

Egg mayo and cress and tuna separate sarnies obviously!

I've recently discovered brie, chorizo and chilli jam on a nice crusty white bread. My Friday treat.

I love bacon, Brie and cranberry sauce on a toasted ciabatta in the days leading up to Christmas.

Chicken, Apple and spring onion all chopped up and mixed with mayo

Bacon, mushrooms cooked in butter and full-fat cream cheese is lush, on toasted bread.

A BLT is heaven. Chicken club sandwich, all joined together with a fancy cocktail stick.

Basically any sandwich made with toast.

Hmmm, either cheese & tomato, or bacon, Brie & red onion, or cheese, onion, sweet corn, a wee bit of pineapple & mayo. Yum!

Or room temp Brie, rocket, salad leaves & chilli jam

I’m loving all of these but especially all the goats cheese mixes and the Brie chorizo and chilli jam combo

Probably egg mayonnaise with salad when the egg's still warm from boiling.

Marmite is the only sandwich filling worth considering.

The mil made egg mayo sarnies with lemon mayo for a picnic recently. They were lush. Anyone know where I can buy lemon mayo? She's England & I'm NI & she bought in a farm shop.....

Golden Wonder Cheese and Onion crisps on white bread and butter.

Also love a turkey sandwich, white bread loads of butter and salt...yum

Mature cheddar, thin sliced apple and just a smidge of mayonnaise.

All of these are best on nice crusty bread or on a baguette

Cheddar (or any cheese actually) and mango chutney. Divine.

Coronation chicken with slaw or falafel with slaw. Always with rocket.

Egg mayonnaise with cress
Avocado and bacon
Ham and mustard
