What does this mean.?!

So, months ago, maybe 6 months or so I put P-R on my DD's section of our calendar for tomorrow.
Problem being, I totally forgot what it stood for! A few months ago I remembered what it meant and I remembered saying to myself 'Thank goodness I didn't forget that!'
Now, I've forgotten again.. shit.
I don't usually use abbreviations on the calendar (and I'm not normally this forgetful, honestly!)
What could it mean? help! I don't have any tickets for anything booked for tomorrow..

Something... Results?

DangerousMouse · 02/09/2018 18:12

Hey, I'm back, first time I've been troll hunted, kind of an honour! Still don't know what it stands for, decided to go out to an exhibition instead of waiting in for P-R! DD has no idea what it stands for, so I'll just have to see if it comes to me

Think harder OP

Protection Racket?

Written in code due to illegality of said activity, obviously.

Fess up OP, who is it that's planning to go round breaking fingers, DD or you? Or will you be working together Smile

Period - retention.

Joinourclub · 02/09/2018 20:28

Maybe you wrote the R first, and the the P pointing to it.
Or the P and then the R as an afterthought?

Try writing it out to see if it triggers your memory- like if I forget why I’ve walked into a room I walk out and back in again!

AllAtHome · 02/09/2018 20:38

Pay somebody or something?

collywobble · 02/09/2018 22:01

I don't know if it's been suggested but could you have booked a photographer as a surprise photo shoot thing ? Thinking p----r as a whole word instead of two .

Fretfulparent · 02/09/2018 23:52

Purple Rain? Prince tribute act?

Fettuccinecarbonara · 03/09/2018 22:33

Prebook the railway? Maybe you’re going somewhere in December and the rail tickets are available 3 months in advance?

Photos sent somewhere?

Prescription (pill?) needs renewing?

AJPTaylor · 04/09/2018 03:18

Have you written it in the wrong section of the calendar? Could it relate to a different child/adult?

NightCzar · 04/09/2018 03:55

A programme or series she's been waiting for on Netflix or TV? I have been sad enough to write those on the calendar.

Nakedavenger74 · 04/09/2018 07:28

@collywobble has an excellent idea that P----R is the first and last letters of a word.
Premier?

collywobble · 04/09/2018 07:37

Thank you Nakedavenger74 I knew I was getting to overinvested in this thread when I started googling words beginning with p and ending with an r . But if it helps ....
