Anyone want to recommend their sub-£150 smartphone?

This this has had it.

I want all the normal stuff like Bluetooth and four g but also one without a broken screen so I can type.

Seem to be no point in spending more if i am just going to drop it so I've capped the budget

I recommend the Moto Gs too. Mine is a G4 that has been used constantly every day for 18m now, it hasn't slowed down, had any problems and the charge still lasts all day. I did buy a cheap Poetics case for it though as I am good at dropping and smashing phones (damn dyspraxia)! I must drop it several times a week and it is still as good as the day I got it.

I have a motog3 and will get another moto when it dies.I find it does freeze/slow and have taken it back to factory settings twice but kept all apps on so it becomes faster and all I have to do is input passwords. The battery is still great after all this time.

I've got a Moto G3, it's about 18 months old. Still going fine.

The memory is a bit short but I seem to use memory eating Apps (Fitbit, mfp, Garmin still overweight) but I use a memory card for photos. Only recently have I needed to charge it each day.

I'll probably replace it around Christmas if it starts slowing down and will definitely go for another Moto.

I have a Moto G5 was only £80 from O2 and as it was locked on O2 I got a giffgaff sim (same network) and get a bundle each month. You can buy unlock codes on ebay for £2 though apparently. Before that I also had a Moto (E) - still worked fine but I ran out of space for apps (not all work on micro sd card and I think it was stuck on an old version of Android so some apps didn't work.

Would look at Moto G6 (£200) and cheaper G6 play (£150) if buying now though. Have also heard that Huawei are a good budget option, not sure which models are good though.

Wileyfox - I've have the Swift 2 plus and the Swift 2 x. I think the 2 x is slightly better. Very good value and excellent customer service.
