What are you having for dinner?

We're having roast beef, roast potatoes, Yorkshire's, cauliflower cheese, carrot and swede mash, green beans, peas and sweetcorn. Can't wait (especially as most of it is a cheat from M&S as we're having a lazy day). First day in months that calls for a massive roast with melt in the middle chocolate sponge for pudding. 😋

What are you all having?

A fucking sandwich. Angry I meant to cook a lovely, noodley stir fry, but DH decided to make himself spicy ribs instead, and I got unreasonably cross about it (I wouldn't have eaten ribs and he knows that, so not an issue about him not making some for me) and couldn't be bothered to cook if it was just for me. So I had a cheese sandwich of disappointment, followed by chocolate.

We had pork shoulder chops, crushed potatoes, green beans, carrots, corn on the cob, sautéed mushrooms and onions, and caramelised apple. Bloody gorgeous, thanks DH.

Cottage pie, made with a ton veggies, almost vegetarian tbh!!

It was massive, expected leftovers but nope.
