Can I ask you our opinion on cupcake flavours?

I’m doing a big food festival at the weekend. Obviously I know cupcakes are not for everyone but they still have their place so I’m trying to make my stall interesting and to stand out.

I have

Strawberry and prosecco
Gin and tonic
Strawberry milkshake
Salted caramel
Chocolate
Vanilla
Lemmon
Cookies and cream
Cherry bakewell
Carrot

Also have gluten free chocolate and lemon.

Having large cakes of
Red velvet (this is a vegan recipe but you wouldn’t know)
Victoria sponge
Chocolate orange
Tropical

I’m having brownies too and cookies. Have I missed anything?

Sounds awesome. I love your mix of flavours, there is def some thing for everyone.
Good luck!
And remember to give every customer a flyer or business card!
Can you run a Facebook competition? People who like your page after the event or leave a review or take a picture of their cupcake for Instagram or something can win a cake/box of cupcakes???? When I used to do stalls for my business the challenge was to not only sell a lot but also turn the customers into repeat customers after the event. Connection on social media is quite useful like that.
