There has never been such a good time to be poor as now! Compared to 50 or 100 or 200 years ago the poor in the UK and other developed countries have never had it so good!

I love being poor, living in a council flat and relying on SS to provide us with a meagre living due to my H having MS and me being his carer. OP, you know nothing.

I doubt it she's freekin Santa Claus compared to that wanker. According to him people can live quiet comfortably on £53 PW. There fore £200 per week is just £12 shy of wha iDS thinks people can live on in a month.

babyspider I think you made a valid contribution! Maybe if some of these bastarding politicians were forced to live on what they expect the poorest in society to manage on, they might learn some fucking empathy! And not make up policies that screw people over.
