How much do you spend on yourself?

Just that really.

So how much do you spend on yourself each month? Including things like:

  • hobbies
  • socialising
  • hair and beauty
  • clothes
  • holidays without your family (ie not family holidays)
  • your personal mobile phone
  • random treats just for you
  • presents for people from you alone (ie not presents for your DC's friends etc)
  • books

My budget is £60/month. This seems like a lot to me Blush. I do manage to spend it though Blush.

Flowers for the house 3 to 5 pounds a week.

Make up about 20 pounds a month
Moisturiser etc probably averages at around 5 pounds a month.

Clothes a varies, sometimes nothing in a month, other times around 100 pounds.

I do yoga at home, so that free. Friends are all school mum friends so only do parks or each other houses, any spends are on the kids, eg. Soft play.

No holidays without kids or Dh.

Nights out, zero as have a teeny baby and quite frankly I'd rather stay home and read a book.

Hair is 27 pounds 3 times a year.

I do buy wine, but as bf, probably 3 pounds a week on a mini bottle.

Nice chocs or ice cream, probably 3 pounds a week.

I buy lots of plants as love gardening. But normally just twice a year, where I spend about 60 pounds.

Bit scared to work it out because I’m sure the figure is higher than I think but I’d say around a thousand pounds which is a bit silly really.
I can’t even say I have any hobbies either Confused

£80 social
£25 yoga
£15 hobby
Maybe £50-£80 on clothes/make up/hair/treats for myself
£0 holidays

I hate seeing it all written down like that! Blush
