A few days ago, I noticed this blood blister looking thing on my tummy, I've just googled and I'm scared by what I've read :(
This is a fairly new thing as I'd of noticed.

I don't know if this will help or not but I'll post anyway
I had really bad health anxiety, on meds and had CBT for it. Still had health anxiety and was getting panic attacks. Anyway it did lessen a fair bit but I was convinced every time I got chest pains or a tight throat I was unwell, and googling etc etc

Last year I did get unwell, and I needed emergency spinal surgery. If you had told me I wouldn't be worried at all, I would have laughed. I had the MRIs, and the neurosurgeons and the diagnosis and had the surgery. You know which bit was scary? None of it. I was completely chilled through the whole thing Confused
People kept saying oh you must have been so worried/scared. I wasn't at all!
I guess what I'm trying to say is if something does happen, it's not actually as frightening as all the worrying about it. I was alone for the whole surgery, hospital stay and recovery, and even the nurse commented on my low BP and how chilled I was HmmConfusedGrin

It gets better

Olli, that actually is a good way to look at things, I also suffer terrible HA. I'm glad your surgery went well, my husband also went through emergency spinal surgery last year, you were very brave x

Read the thread. You'll see her GP said it was nothing to worry about. Ask your GP about yours.
