Kfc messed up my order

Went to kfc yesterday and only once home did I realise they had missed out several items I my order!! What could I have done about it other than drive back there ??

Mistakes happen - you should always check your order before you leave. Think with franchises you'd have had to go back, but you could complain online might get a few vouchers

Phone the store - they will organise credit to be used on your next visit for missing items

Buy your own chickens. Then you'll have a constant supply for future mishaps.

greenemmas, I think maybe you are too young to remember Viz, it was a very funny disrespectful magazine (in the 80s?)which laughed at our daily domestic (non) dramas. I'm sorry but your dilemma didn't strike me as too major and it reminded me of it.

I used to love Viz too. KFC, nah not so much.

You should have checked your order was correct before you left. Doubt there is much you can do now, how would they know you were telling the truth?

I used to work for kfc many years ago and complaints like this get put in a book , yi get given a code and when you're in next they give you the food
Can't see its changed much over the years

OP: I feel your pain. It is a small thing but when you've opted for takeaway to save yourself the trouble of cooking, to then get home and find that some of the food isn't there is really annoying.
I think that there's not much you can do if it is too far to go back by the time you spot it. A salutary warning to always check before leaving I think.
..though our local(ish) BK is so bad for this that we now don't go unless we have time to eat in!
