Kfc messed up my order

Went to kfc yesterday and only once home did I realise they had missed out several items I my order!! What could I have done about it other than drive back there ??

Were you hoping one of their staff was going to do a mercy dash with chips and gravy?

The problem I had was If I went back there my other food would have gotten cold so it would have all been ruined

I had this happen a few years ago. Complained via their website. They sent me a letter saying that in future I should check my order before I leave, but as a one-off here's a £5 (?) voucher.

I haven't been to KFC for a long time, but this used to happen quite frequently.

Tbh not a great fan of kfc but had it as a one off . Quite disappointed

What was missing? If it was the mash and gravy I would be pissed too. Its the only thing that is half way decent, although its powdered potato... the coleslaw isn't that bad either.

You could have put the food you already had on a low heat in the oven, then popped back to get the missing items.
