And you won the £100,000 jackpot?

Would you share any with your friend?

Or keep the spoils for yourself?

I would consider it mine to keep. They would get a fab present though Grin

monniemae · 27/02/2014 22:08

Definitely split it!

MyNameIsKenAdams · 27/02/2014 22:08

Id split it.

I like to think I'd split it

Snapespeare · 27/02/2014 22:10

If it was a hundred thou, I'd give them ten thou.

Maybe five....

Wosson · 27/02/2014 22:10

Split it

90/10 Grin

Homebird8 · 27/02/2014 22:11

Have they?

gamerchick · 27/02/2014 22:12

yep, split it like we do at bingo.

Lighthousekeeping · 27/02/2014 22:16

Split it of course.

Twooter · 27/02/2014 22:19

50/50 definitely. Only way to avoid bitterness

chocoluvva · 27/02/2014 22:20

50/50 split.

babyheaves · 27/02/2014 22:21

Keep it, but I'm tight.

I'd maybe give her a couple of quid.

WaitingForMe · 27/02/2014 22:23

Personally I think scratch cards are really odd gifts for this reason and would be reluctant to accept one and would want to establish their expectations before scratching.

Not that I overthink things...

If I paid for it I'd keep it.

Otherwise it'd depend on how much of a mate she was and how well off she was.

Loaded work mate = I'd keep it.
Struggling friend of 40 years= I'd drop her a fiver Wink

Lighthousekeeping · 28/02/2014 11:49

Has this even happened?

ThisIsMyRealName · 01/03/2014 23:54

I would definitley give the other person something but how much would depend on who it was

AtSea1979 · 01/03/2014 23:55

Depends who is was. Probably keep quiet if I won.

phonebox · 01/03/2014 23:56

Nah, this hasn't happened to anyone I know - it was inspired from an joke article I read - www.newageman.co.uk/articles/16-year-old-wins-birthday-scratchcard-jackpot

JohnGilpinsWife · 01/03/2014 23:56

I'd keep it all and say nothing. Just like everyone else.

workingtolive · 01/03/2014 23:57

I'd share it, anyone that would buy me a scratch card would be a good friend in the first place

Custardo · 01/03/2014 23:58

no, i'd keep it, move and get richer friends.

MrCabDriver · 01/03/2014 23:58

If it was a present no I wouldn't automatically split it .... (am I mean?)

I would definitely treat them though.

I sometimes put scratchcards or lottery tickets in friends b day cards and would never expect them to split it if they won

MrCabDriver · 01/03/2014 23:59

"Hi here's a gift, but I want half of it"
