Quick - our BlogFest Early Bird offer expires at midnight this coming Sunday: just time to grab a cheapie ticket if you hurry!
This year's 'Fest takes place on Saturday the 9th of November at the swanky Kings Place in central London.
There'll be a keynote speech from Prof Robert Winston, plus other high-profile keynotes to be announced - and a host of other fab speakers, including Richard Bacon, Prof Tanya Byron, Tim Dowling, and author Lionel Shriver, scattered liberally throughout a series of unmissable sessions.
We'll square up to some big issues: Stella Creasy MP will be joining us to debate how we can make the internet - currently a pretty lawless environment for women who stick their head above the parapet - a less abusive place. We'll be hearing how to use social media and blogging to shape the political agenda - with help from campaigning whirlwinds A Girl Called Jack and Laura Bates of the Everyday Sexism Project, plus sharp-eyed ex-politico Louise Mensch.
Feminist heroine Charlotte Raven and whip-smart commentator Glosswitch will debate whether there's a fundamental conflict between 'mummy-blogging', and feminism - and there'll be a series of expert-led practical sessions on everything from tweeting like a pro, to photography, to telling a great story. Plus a delicious canalside lunch, and a good few glugs of something sparkling to sip while you rifle through your veh posh goodie bag at the end of the day.
Come and have a look at our full programme for a bit more info - but don't forget: the Early Bird offer expires on Sunday night, so if you want to nab a 20% reduction on the ticket price, book now!
