Hello lovelies.

Some of you are cooking some amazing meals. It would be great to see pictures for inspiration.

I've started with a picture of my pork steaks cooked in butter, chilli, garlic and ginger served with cabbage.

Tandoori chicken kebabs with shallots, mushrooms & courgettes

Chicke thighs stuffed with boursin and wrapped in bacon served with cabbage

Oh, that was also served with braised fennel!

Made a mistake, the gammon up there ^ was served with cabbage & leeks in curried coconut milk, not cabbage cabonara!
