Hi Everyone

This week I've been inspired by a walk in the woods and come up with some free woodland activities to do with the kids

Having had a bit of a tiff with the lettings agency in charge of my house, I have ranted about some really bad landlords I had to deal with in the past and put today's problem into perspective.

A more substantial post from me today: 10 years down the line - musings on expectations and reality of the life of a literary translator.

And a BIG thumbs up to dillytante for your Golden Girls post - brilliant.

Sometimes I fantasise.

Sadly, not about Christian Bale, Christian Grey or Christian Louboutin.

About hiring a skip and loading it all with all the tat and random items we?ve acquired.

My house is over-run with junk.

Hi,

I've turned all crafty this week and have a post on:-

Paper Flowers.

It's a great activity for a 3 and 6 year old, but I bet older children would enjoy getting a bit more adventurous with their flower designs!

I hope you like it. Smile

I do a lot of crafting with the children but haven't tended to blog about it much. Is it something folk would be interested in more of? Please let me know?! Thanks
