Not entirely tasteful, but it's what we all hoped really isn't it?

Oh goodness gracious, LadyD. I always loved that pic but now it's on a whole new level. ROL at Maud's tucking his vest into his pants :o

Spiro, giggle, I bought those exact same fairy cakes - I recognise the box :) The Belle cake loosk fantastic, she will love it! And I'm only finished because we're not having a party other than family round for tea. I've had loads less to do than you.

Just watching a bit of Spookage afore bed and there was a funny interview in the extras that I'd not seen before. The cast were all talking about RA and Miranda Raison joked that he was very demanding and wanted only blue M&Ms and then she added sotto voce "he's very short too". Maybe it was the way she said it but it did make me giggle :)

Night night, everyone. Hope SBMinor had a lovely day and that Mummy isn't too exhausted :)

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/09/2011 21:55

Would any of these do, LadyD?

Option 1 -

Option 2 -

Option 3 -

SupermassiveLBD · 12/09/2011 21:55

That's the one. What is going on there, with that costume? Weird!

SupermassiveLBD · 12/09/2011 21:59

ROFL @ "he's very short"

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 12/09/2011 21:59

Ah, we saw that earlier this evening during The Girl's latest Hoodathon. Good job he has his braces there, or we'd have a bad case of Builder's Swordsman's Bottom.

::lights blue touch paper and stands well back::

LadyDamerel · 12/09/2011 22:00

I reckon he kept getting a nasty case of builders' bum every time he did the backwards roll so wardrobe cobbled together a medieval safety pin Grin.

Have you used the super zoom on it, not sure if I dare? Grin

LadyDamerel · 12/09/2011 22:03

X posts Maud, LOL at swordsman's bottom. Will check out the songs on the morrow, LordD is here so sound is muted.

LadyDamerel · 12/09/2011 22:12

I reckon the Man could manage a backwards roll over a bed, he's pretty nifty on his feet.

His stunt guy is shorter than him, we need Small's size analysis thingummy to be sure. She got quite accurate results last time she ran it for the hands, didn't she?

Do you know that for a fact, Lady D? Shock Envy

::taps side of nose::

I could say, but then I'd have to kill you.

I wish.

DumSpiroSpero · 12/09/2011 23:14

Don't we all love, don't we all...

::staggers up from the basement::

. It's the wrong Darcy, but even so.

::Fans self. Thinks she could have been very happy with Mr Rochester if she had not met Mr Thornton::

DumSpiroSpero · 12/09/2011 23:27

I really must watch that version of Jane Eyre - Toby Stephens definitely has a certain something, although I'm biased. One of my first crushes was his dad in The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie when I was about 11! Blush

SupermassiveLBD · 12/09/2011 23:40

I wonder why they used the wrong Mr Darcy, though. It would have been ten times nicer with the right one.

LadyDamerel · 12/09/2011 23:49

The new Mr Rochester looks very fetching in his cravat and breeches, I must say.

SupermassiveLBD · 13/09/2011 00:03

Well, time to put Uzi out, I suppose. Sweet dReams everyone.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 13/09/2011 00:09

::Staggers back in, after yet another MN freeze-out::

I fear they used the wrong Mr Darcy because they are too young to know better.

Good night, Massive.

TheSmallPrint · 13/09/2011 08:50

Happy Birthday Twigboy and Miss Spiro, hope your day is filled with cake and presents!

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 13/09/2011 09:27

Happy birthday, TwigBoy and Miss Spiro. !

DumSpiroSpero · 13/09/2011 09:27

It's already been.filled with chocolate pancakes sprinkled with edible gold glitter! Grin

::Pauses to wonder whether John Gordon Sinclair might have been on TwigBoy's Mummy's List of Lust::

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 13/09/2011 09:33

This is rather nice

::Throws birthday shapes::

TheSmallPrint · 13/09/2011 10:16

Ha ha there are some funny happy birthday songs on there, a couple I'm going to have to remember when my BIL's birthday comes around

Yes I am old enough to remember Gregory's Girl and Altered Images.
