Well he looks mighty fine in that vid but a bit unsure about the 'made for Americans' responses to the interviewer. I know he has to pander to the Market but it all sounded a bit false. Oh I'm such a mean old bat.

OK have watched the vid now - he just seems such a lovely bloke - I think I can overlook the beard !

ROFL at the interviewer pronouncing his surname as if it were French - Armitaaaaazh :o What does he say to her at 31", that makes her laugh?! Right after he says "how are you?" I was awake several times in the night and was very tempted to switch the laptop on but knew I'd never get back to sleep if I did, so I resisted unti this morning.

Am having an episode now though. Don't know if you recall some while ago I mentioned that one of MissTwigs' teachers had a vague resemblance to The Man? Well RA's little laugh when the interviewer tells him she's British is exactly like this teacher. Oh dear :)

So, final decision on the beard - it was goooooorgeous at The Hobbit press conference but this one is just too long and scruffy. And probably itchy. Yuk. There - the judge's decision is final. No correspondence can be entered into.

Agree with you re the beard Twigs - there is just a bit too much of it now. But as soon as he opens his mouth and starts talking...

OMG, silly little thing but have just noticed him standing in the background with his sunglasses on during You may have noticed it anyway but when that old guy in the red cap is being interviewed right at the start of the clip, RA is in the background in his cool JP shades, laughing and doing a very weird forehead-hitting thing. There is another version of this interview on a different site with clearer picture and audio, if you're interested. The thing that I didn't before was just him saying "good to meet you". The way she laughed sounded like he'd make a joke but then I'd probably giggle hilariously at every little thing he said if I ever met him :)

You know what I Liked best though? When he finished the interview where he's sitting down, you see him look at the camera/sound guys off-screen and say thanks to them, too. A simple thing but proves what a nice man he is.

OH GOD, just had a terrible thought - nobody mention anything about DD's teacher on Facebook, because he is on there too! Not as a friend of mine, but he is a friend of a friend and I would be mortified if they or he saw it!!!

I can't work it out. A poster's name has to have an underscore (ie. be clickable) to see photos but mine isn't and I don't know how to make it. Any ideas? I've got photo privacy set to "mumset mates" but I can't see anything else to change...
