Haven't looked at DreamerFiction, Venetia, no... I haven't actually read much fanfic at all...

Aah, I sing TwigBoy "You Are My Sunshine" song a lot... that and "Babyface"; funny how the old ones still stick around.

Maud, your makeover is lovely! I was temporarily sulking because I couldn't think of a witty Easter version of my name.

Am also sulking today because I HATE my new hair :( Silly to get so miz over something as trivial as hair, when people have real problems to worry about, but I hate how I look these days and my hair is the only thing I like and now it's RUINED, waaahhh!!! I look like a boy :( Still, at least my disgusting 3 inch roots are gone.

PassTheChocolateTwiglets · 17/04/2011 10:44

This will have to do. Poor effort, 4/10 - but my options are limited, having nothing in my name which rhymes with 'egg'!

PassTheChocolateTwiglets · 17/04/2011 10:53

Btw, any DF ones to recommend, LadyV?

TheSmallPrint · 17/04/2011 11:55

My head is absolutely fine amazingly thanks Maudie, we are out enjoying the countryside.

Loving he name changes, I will go and try and think of something witty..

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 17/04/2011 12:27

Hello ladies! I hope you like my new seasonal finery.

Chocolate twiglets???

PassTheChocolateTwiglets · 17/04/2011 12:37

Oh I like your Easter Bonnet one, Massive! Mine doesn't mean anything (at least it didn't until I thoguht of it like that... :o) I just thought that all I could do to make it Eastery was to add the word 'chocolate'.

Glad and surprised your head is ok, Small :)

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 17/04/2011 12:48

I suppose some kinds of twiglets would blend better with chocolate than others, Twigster! Wink

ComeIntoTheEasterGardenMaud · 17/04/2011 15:05

As previously remarked, have him dipped in chocolate and brought to my tent.

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 17/04/2011 15:28

Isn't it a bit draughty for camping out at this time of year though, Maudie?
Bring me a bucket of sand, and I'll sing the Desert Song

ComeIntoTheEasterGardenMaud · 17/04/2011 15:38

But, my dear, we generate our own heat.

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 17/04/2011 15:58

Oh birilliant, Maud, truly everything that was anything is on YT. My gran used to tell me about this lot, and show me the routine!

Everyone else, please note that Maud's caption bears absolutely no relation to the truth. Sword-polishing is far too strenous an activity for me to be able to retain that amount of surplus energy.

ComeIntoTheEasterGardenMaud · 17/04/2011 16:50

That's nearly true, Massive, but I want to show Girl the bit of Fawlty Towers where Basil says to Manuel "this clean spoon, this dirty spoon, this whack on head" and can't find it. Yet.

Besides, I thought for you sword-polishing was such a time-consuming occupation that you had no time for other activities, never mind the energy.

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 17/04/2011 17:24

Don't forget I have to factor in time for the foot-rubbing....

Would you believe it, they haven't had Fawlty Towers on the International Beeb for at least three months.

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 17/04/2011 18:22

Afternoon all

We have had a lovely sunny Sunday of mooching and eating. Lovely.

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 17/04/2011 18:22

When do we get our ears btw?

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 17/04/2011 18:39

What ears do you want -- left, right or final front?

TheEasterBunnysSmallFootPrint · 17/04/2011 19:03

Ah the old ones are the best Massive Grin

don't they give us bunny ears at Easter?

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 17/04/2011 19:14

Don't ask me, I'm an ex-pat, Smallbuns

PassTheChocolateTwiglets · 17/04/2011 19:14

Love your new name, Small!!!

DumSpiroSpero · 17/04/2011 19:21

Hi Ladies! Not getting in the Easter spirit at the mo as I seem to have caught a touch of Miss Spiro's tummy bug - just in time for our hols tomorrow Angry.

At least the weather's good and we've only got a short drive so fingers crossed it'll just be a 24 hour thing.

DD and I are having Hood o'Clock - we haven't done so for ages! Poor, pretty Guy... he just gave Marian a pretty dress and when she said "am I so easily won?" Guy replied "you are the least easily won woman in England" :(

We just had the Fringe Flop!!

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 17/04/2011 19:27

Oh ChocTwigs, that sounds so gooood. I am sorely tempted to get Season 2...

I love Small's new name too, it's so cute

Oh, Spiro, how awful about your tummy bugSad

ComeIntoTheEasterGardenMaud · 17/04/2011 19:28

Fantastic new Easter garb, Small!

I do hop your bug clears quickly, Spiro, so you can have lots of Bognor fun. Otherwise it may be a case of B*gger Bognor.

I have just had a very satisfactory session in the garden with Robert Lovelace. Oooh err. I am quite out of breath after all the swooning digging.

DumSpiroSpero · 17/04/2011 19:35

Am feeling better than I was earlier - touch wood. Have lived on rich tea biscuits & mint tea all day - yum (not)!

SupermassiveEasterBonnet · 17/04/2011 19:36

Lovelace always leaves me out of breath too. Funny, that....
