Hi all, sorry I've not been around too much lately - I'm on Twitter most days if that's your thing. I'm back at work now too - 2 days so far and loving it!!! not. More particularly I am working out every day or as much as I can in a belated effort to get fit for the swimming triathlon I'm attempting in the summer.

So busy busy at the moment. Must get around to watching my Spooks 8 DVD - did I tell you I eventually succumbed to that one!! Anyway must be off!!
