Well, I don't think I'll be making banners, but I can't promise anything on the dressing like a strumpet front Grin!

DumSpiroSpero · 10/04/2011 22:18

So if premieres are a few days before, then the 29th is the release date of Captain America - may need to do some more research...

SupermassiveLBD · 10/04/2011 22:24

What does the well-dressed strumpet wear nowadays anyway? On my last visit home I remember thinking it was getting more and more difficult to tell the difference

TheSmallPrint · 10/04/2011 22:28

evening all! Just a quick pop in to say hello, RL has been busy this weekend, lots of family stuff.

I will catch up properly tomorrow with you all so mwah mwah in the meantime and night night.

DumSpiroSpero · 10/04/2011 22:32

Hi Small - hope foot is still on the mend.

I have just signed up for this to try and find out a bit more. Could ask SIL to have a word with her tame props guy although would feel like a 13 year old doing it Confused!

SupermassiveLBD · 10/04/2011 22:37

Can't you find someone who is actually 13 years old to blame for having to ask your SIL to contact her contact, Spiro?

DumSpiroSpero · 10/04/2011 22:40

No - she knows! Might get her and my niece wanting to tag along in fact Grin!

SupermassiveLBD · 10/04/2011 22:45

Bummer, Spiro.

Ah well, at least you have relatives with superb taste.

DumSpiroSpero · 10/04/2011 23:05

Hmmm!

I may be off shortly as am still feeling quite rough. DD is asleep in my bed so may be in for a sleepless night anyway!

DumSpiroSpero · 10/04/2011 23:09

Ok - have been summoned by DD and am feeling distinctly ropey so it's night night from me...

SupermassiveLBD · 10/04/2011 23:10

If it's the same lurgy I had, you should be fine tomorrow, Spiro. but who am I kidding, there is no way we can really have the same germs.

Sorry you are feeling rough anyway. Would couch-camping serve you better?
Or can you return the compliment and settle down in your DD's bed?

SupermassiveLBD · 10/04/2011 23:11

Night night, Spiro, I do hope you are better tomorrow! xxx

PassTheTwiglets · 10/04/2011 23:35

I missed that you were feeling poorly, Spiro - hope you are better soon! If it's any consolation, as per Massive, I felt dreadfully ill for a day and feel absolutely fine now, so hopefully you'll be the same. When is Butlins, btw?

Morning Ladies! Still snuffling...that's literally what it is - snuffly nose, weird throat (not sore just feels like I've swallowed a hoover bag), and seem to get achy as the day wears on.

Was ok sleeping with DD last night. It was just the two of us and as she likes to sleep right on the edge of whatever bed she's in I hardly noticed she was there.

I also had an evening of Harry Kennedy to take my mind of things - he's a lot naughtier than I remembered Grin!

TheSmallPrint · 11/04/2011 10:14

Spiro do you have hayfever?

DumSpiroSpero · 11/04/2011 10:18

Yes I do get hayfever and I wondered if that was it to begin with, but it doesn't make me achy and tends to affect my eyes badly and make my throat itch - my mum and DD have just had the same kind of thing I've got so am pretty sure it's just a mild, but irritating cold.

How's the foot?

TheSmallPrint · 11/04/2011 11:11

I know a few people have colds at the moment. My two boys have had a permanantly snotty nose for about two months now Hmm.

Foot is not so swollen now and more of a normal colour but still really hurts, it's getting quite tedious now!

PassTheTwiglets · 11/04/2011 11:59

Spiro, you sound just the same as I was - I wondered if mine was hayfever but then started to feel achy with it.

Small, you must be very fed up - it's not the sort of thing you can ignore, is it?

Is it the first day of school holidays for us all? Massive, do the island children have an Easter holiday at the moment? Mine are playing in the garden at the moment, periodically coming in to complain of some misdemeanour on the part of the other.

SupermassiveLBD · 11/04/2011 12:09

Good morning to the poorly ladies. And all the others, too of course. For once at Chateau Massive.

Fingers crossed for Maudie, for reasons which dare not speak their name Grin

SupermassiveLBD · 11/04/2011 12:12

Oh, hello Twiglets, you posted while I was in the throes of composition. Some schools have an Easter holday here, some don't. Wink

I hope you are in the un-poorly category of ladies, btw.

PassTheTwiglets · 11/04/2011 15:45

Sorry, Massive - I was off comms for a few hours, trying to sort out the garden (Maud, I need you to tell me about my blackberries!!) So do you have the SuperBoys at home with you, or is it peaceful there? My lot have been in the garden nearly all day, hurrah! They are running around with nothing on, chucking water at each other and I'm wondering if this can count as a bath :o

I'm feeling quite dizzy actually, which is somewhat nasty, but I'm being distracted by the demands of the kids. And by mini-eggs :)

Nice peachiness, there!

OP posts:
SupermassiveLBD · 11/04/2011 16:05

Hi again Twigs. the superboys were not at home, but they are now Sad
Dizzy? I hope you are okay, do you have any idea of the cause?

I am glad the peachiness pleased. I have been totally obsessed since last night by Maud's photo of a black floppy shirt-clad Gizzy:

Thus . But feel free to ignore the chopping block Grin

The hollow of his throat...

TheSmallPrint · 11/04/2011 17:32

I feel sick Sad
