Evening - dropping round to share collab video - video by JulietD001 and poem by a certain someone on Twitter who tied the knot on there with another certain someone recently....

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 08/04/2011 22:28

It occurred to me, Small, that if you're worried a climbing rose would look too granny, you could devise some sort of hip and groovy architectural support for it to grow up. It'll need a support anyway, but you could make a modernist feature if it.

TheSmallPrint · 08/04/2011 22:28

That's very cryptic Lady V Confused.

TheSmallPrint · 08/04/2011 22:31

I might be able to design it but I wouldn't be able to build it Maud useless mare emoticon, I will pick something not to grannyish if I can.

Right all, I'm off to bed, I am shattered.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 08/04/2011 22:32

I think it will be intelligible to the Twitterati, Small.

Hi LadyV.

Liked the images in that vid (especially 2.56 - yum!), but trying to get a handle on the poem with the song in the background was a bit tricky - couldn't quite focus on either - will have to have anothe look sometime. Nicely done overall though.

There is a major lack of interesting news from Hobbiton at the moment isn't there Sad

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 22:37

Grr I lost my connection and when I got back you had moved on a page!
so goodnight, Small, if you are going to have to go!

I dropped his camera about five years ago
Do I smell sabotage here, Maud? Was he a photography bore?

Wii check out the new vid now!

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 08/04/2011 22:41

Good night, Small!

I think it was probably me who used to be the photography bore. I remember in Berlin climbing onto the parapet of a building to get a better picture. If I'd stumbled backwards it would have ended in a Lucas-like thud. These days I have a little digital camera and take pictures which I never get printed.

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 22:44

Now of course, after that, I will be no use to anyone all night.

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 22:47

I meant the vid, of course, not Maud's photographical exploits. Scarey though they sounded with all that dicing with death in Berlin.

LadyVenetia · 08/04/2011 22:49

Talking of climbing plants we have a beautiful Wisteria on the back of our house that flowers in May and looks amazing. Trouble is every two years it has grown to the top floor of the house (3 storeys) and we have to cut it back severely. Always grows back thoughs. And it's heavenly.

Agreed no news at the moment - not even something from Sir I - methinks they must be working hard. Still can't believe it's happening.

DumSpiroSpero · 08/04/2011 22:52

Did you see the tweet from Robert Kazinsky at the beginning of the week - they are working 17-18 hours days apparently so I guess no news is not surprising.

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 22:58

I see that William Shatner is out there in NZ at the moment too but I guess with a schedule like that no one will have the energy to go and peek at Captain Kirk.

DumSpiroSpero · 08/04/2011 23:01

I used to like him in TJ Hooker - I must've been all of 6 years old - can't believe some of the stuff my mum used to let me watch Shock!

Just found [[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9_LnfC2WDY&feature=related this] - a king-sized helping of Lucas-aid!

.

Good night, ladies!

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 23:10

Lovely, Spiro, every time I see something like this I swear at the season 9 scriptwriters.

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 23:12

Oh Maud, how could you do that to us! Grin

Have a good night, and all extremities crossed for good televisual news tomorrow.

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 08/04/2011 23:19

::Smiles beatifically at you::

Hey sister, don't you dig Mr Shatner's cool vibes?

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 23:22

Cool vibes? is that what they are calling them now

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 23:25

Talking of cool vibes, here is a of similar ilk

ComeIntoTheGardenMaud · 08/04/2011 23:28

::Inhales deeply of, ahem, herbal cigarette::

Far out, man!

::Passes out and is stretchered off to bed::

SupermassiveLBD · 08/04/2011 23:53

Good night all, and sweet dreams, if anyone is still around after that little musical interlude!

SupermassiveLBD · 09/04/2011 13:10

Well, I guess everyone's busy with RL today, like I am going to be in an hour or so, but I shall air the room, feed Uzi and set out some goodies on the off-chance.
Latte and doughnut, anybody?

SupermassiveLBD · 09/04/2011 13:12

Aw, look at this!
