Nobody is too young to be on the list. The younger, prettier and more pointless they are the more we hate them. We can hate older women as well, so long as they were once young, pretty and pointless.

Then you get people like Peaches Geldof, who is young, and pointless and minging, yet gets miles of column inches anyway. I loathe those ones especially. Jonathan Aitken's daughter was an excellent example too. Especially when she went to the US to start a career in Hip Hop.

Someone on telly has just said that Sienna Miller is a "staggeringly good actress" whatever.

Well she is a staggeringly pretty girl, haven't seen enough of her work to comment on her acting. But that whole Sadie/Jude/Sienna love triangle made me want to cut my own head off with boredom so I hate her for that alone. (but mostly for being too pretty.)
