The thing that gets me is that he earns something like 52 grand a month.

And he hasn't been paid since July. Now, usually people get paid at the end of the month yeah? Which means that he is waiting for his August pay packet?

I've always thought he was a whiny little shit (I mean, have you heard his rants at people who disagree with him? really quite distasteful) but this really takes the biscuit.

Bearing in mind the Radio 1 demographic, I would imagine a lot of his listeners have lost their jobs, are waiting for payment (sub contractors etc) and to hear him bleating on is just...

Didn't he admit, on air, to taking a week 'sick' when in fact he had just split up from his girlfriend? I wonder if that is the reason for the delay?

BooBoo - he wouldn't get paid for that week though. Presumably the bosses were well aware of the reasons he was away but he just didn't want to share it with the world.

I suspect he supports his parents too and also now has a girlfriend to sort out financially - house to divide etc.

I think he's funny but this morning was uncomfortable listening - I felt very sorry for his colleagues who must have been wondering what he was going to say next.

Anyway - at the BBC as far as I know pay day is the 15th of each month. He would have missed three pay packets if that is the case for him as 'talent'/freelancer.

I have always been a moyles fan but in the last 2 or 3 years he has become very repetative and he seems to of come to the end of his career, on the radio especially.

Sadly i do think that he has had alot of stress in his personal life and maybe he is on a slippery slope to an emotional breakdown and his outburst will be the first of many

I used to love CM, I know he can be a gobshite but he has nearly always been funny with it. I was in labour listening to him while they prepped me for an em cs.
