I won’t be saying who they are.

I recently spoke to a friend about it who
had lots of questions which lead to an interesting conversation, things I’d never said or thought about before.

When I was younger I used to feel incredibly jealous of them and had a very short and unsuccessful attempt at creating my own fame.

Now I’m older with my own dc and have seen the effects up close I definitely think the negatives out way the positives and it’s not something I would ever want for my children.

Well you asked if the OP's sibling had a famous partner/spouse and I said a lot of them do, so finding out isn't going to achieve much in the way of trying to work out who they are.

Sorry there’s a lot of questions, I’ll go through and answer more once I’m in bed.

there’s some I have intentionally avoided though as I won’t be able to give enough of an interesting or truthful answer without making it too close to obvious who they are.

Why have you posted this if we won’t actually learn anything from this thread? I understand you don’t want to out your sibling or yourself, but we have no evidence for any of the things you’ve said here and everything you’ve said is very vague. We’ve learned nothing from your posts.

Could you compare them to a celebrity so we can understand the level of fame you’re taking about? E.g. soap star, Loose Women presenter, was on Big Brother?

Does your “celebrity” sister know you started this thread @zedtree ?

Have they kept their friends from pre-fame or do they mainly socialise with other celebrities? If they haven't, is it because the fame negatively impacted the ability maintain the friendship or were they social climbers that dropped friends that didn't fit with their lifestyle?

Will they do anything everything to trade off their fame? Or are they selective with that they chose? Do they get a lot of freebies?

I think its an interesting AMA without knowing who the sibling is, it must be hard not to be a bit envious if your sibling is rich and famous.
