I'm currently self isolating watching the chase and thought it would be fun to do a AMA if anyone's interested!

Who was your chaser?

No didn't win. Jenny was my chaser and she was really lovely

I've been on too but was well before Jenny became a Chaser.

Where did you film OP? It was in London when I was on but I heard it's changed now?

I've heard Bradley's not that nice. He does seem a bit curt and "going through the motions" sometimes? Do they really film several episodes back to back in one day?

Do you have totally free reign to choose whichever of the three offers you want? Or do you get hinted at by the crew as to what they'd prefer you to do?

I didn't get to the final chase but I didn't want too tbh as there was me (26) and a much much older gentleman and I knew we needed someone in the middle to bridge the gap so I wasn't too bothered to be caught out!

I did take the lower amount buy it wasn't a minus it was still £1000 which I thought was fair!

I earnt £4000 in the cash builder which I was delighted about!

Yes complete full reign of what to take literally what you see being said is what happens. It's quite a shock because when the contestant is deciding and they go to the team members to ask they don't prompt you they literally jsut say what do you think and you have to just think of something to say really quickly which is why it's always the same answers usually

1)Which offer did you take? The low- £1000

2)How long before filming did you meet the rest of your team? Meet them in the morning they do a pick up from all the stations you meet in the car then you go to the studio where you're briefed then you're on your own all day in a room waiting for your episode. They keep you well fed and watered it's just boring

3)How many outfits did they ask you to bring on the day? 5!! Loads!

4)Did you or anyone else on your day actually beat the chaser? Only one person

5)Does the same chaser film multiple episodes are are they all there? They're all there but we only met ours and you really don't know whose coming out!

No one asked but I had an adjudicator come on for my cash builder. I got 4 in a row right then the adjudicator came on for one and it's literally stop the clock, they come on and discus and decide then it's time starting again. It threw me off so much that I got all of the following ones wrong and one so badly wrong I'm on the bloopers! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I've been on too. Bradley is indeed very lovely and spent some time chatting to us. Quite a lot of naughty stuff gets cut from the final edit. I had a great day. Bloody long though. Up at 6am to get the trains (into London, over London, out to Elstree where they film Strictly) and I didn't get back home until 11pm.

I was in the city, at the London Studios rather than out at Elstree so it was easier to travel to it seems. I was put up overnight as well as I live in N Scotland so they flew me down and sorted out my travel in from Heathrow.

I also had a good laugh with Bradley. They had to cut a lot of it out as we just started chatting away and he kept telling jokes, the producers tried to get him to tell cleaner versions but they cut the whole lot out in the end.

Where do they keep the kettle?

Silly question but do you have to do your own makeup? I always wonder with quiz contestants!

Bog I asked about outfits as I knew it would be more than the clothes you turn up in! Five is ridiculous though 😂

Ah, okay! I thought it was maybe something to do with filming or something intriguing

It was only 3 outfits when I was on but they wanted a mix of plain and patterned things so they could balance the team out and they had to check each outfit under the studio lights to see which looked best. The top they chose for me became a nightmare as the microphone didn't want to stay in place so I constantly had sound guys trying to sort it and they ended up having to tape the whole thing to my body instead.

Did you tell your team mates to risk it for a higher ££ by saying “we need you back!” even though you thought it wouldn’t matter if they went out because they weren’t too bright?

That’s what I’d do, and many contestants obviously agree!
