I'm a semi-successful musician in a rock band. It's my only occupation, has been for some years. I've been a lot of places, seen a lot of stuff and met a lot of people. Ask me anything. I can't answer everything for various reasons but let's see how it goes...

What are your favourite bands/artists?
Did you start out playing smaller venues for a while and gradually built up a following?

So what is semi successful - if its how you make your living and you are happy with it are you not successful - lawyers for exaple are all successful some more so than others yes but just cos you are not one of the superstars of Londons top firms doesn't make you unsuccessful.

Anyway my question - do you have a pension!!

Are you supporting the Broken Record campaign? Do you think Spotify and streaming in general will make it harder for songwriters to make a living in the future?

I have a relative who was a big stage producer for an enormous name in the industry and it always makes me laugh how down to earth everyone is - into astrology and veg gardening and the like - so unbigsuperstar. So what is your ordinary hobby that is very unlike you stage presence?

@PineappleTart - I wondered abotu Duke Spirit too. Saw them at Boardmasters a few years ago. About 20 people in the audience. They were bloody brilliant but scheduled at the same time as some big stadium band - forget which. Such a waste.

Do you have a partner, children? How is your lifestyle compatible ? If not do you hope for it in the future?

I'm being a bit rock and roll myself today (lying in bed with a hangover instead of usual domesticity - It feels GREAT) and I am really, really enjoying this. OP which new music do you listen to now? I love Fontaines D.C. and Taylor Swift's new stuff is looking pretty good. Tell us more gossip that's what we really want!

I don't think you should have any anxiety, unless you have hidden away somewhere, as you must have many many friends from your life and style,so communicating with some of them will keep you going mentally.
