@aoexi to be fair my comment was in slight jest. One of my dear friends lives on the Isle of Man and she always knows seems to know everyone and their dog out and about 😂

Is it confusing for people when you go abroad? Do they assume you're part of the UK?

@SixToEightInchesOfSnow I'm a bit mixed on the TT.
I think it's a bit different when you're not on a 'holiday' as there's so many years when I'm trying to go about my daily life in TT week but the road closures are an inconvenience, which can get very annoying!
I've never been too interested in watching the races but the atmosphere over here when it's TT week is a bonus though.

@BeeFarseer it's usually easier to just say that we are part of the UK when we are abroad - a lot of people haven't even heard of the Isle of Man! (Or they think Isle of Wight)!
