DH and I went to PY in 2011. Really interesting to see MP's visit and hear about your 2017 experience.

Did they take you to the circus with the performing animals?

Is it still full of Chinese tourists?

Did you see the mad diorama at the war museum?

Interested to know if you have kids OP. We went pre kids and I didn't feel badly about going, but for some reason since having DS I feel much less comfortable about having gone.

Would you go again?

I think that Pyongyang is staged about as much as Disneyworld TBH, it's a privilege to live there and only for the elite. Very, very different to the rest of NK.

About visiting the dead leaders in the mausoleum- if you didn't bow, would you be in trouble? I wouldn't be able to do that and wondered if I would be in trouble for not doing so.
