I don't want to. You were the one who wanted to answer any question. Can you precis it?

sacredgeometry · 04/07/2018 16:54

Ok ....

The strands of our DNA, the cornea of our eye, snow flakes, pine cones, flower petals, diamond crystals, the branching of trees, a nautilus shell, the star we spin around, the galaxy we spiral within, the air we breathe, and all life forms as we know them emerge out of timeless geometric codes.

The designs of exalted holy places from the prehistoric monuments at Stonehenge and the Pyramid of Khufu at Giza, to the world's great cathedrals, mosques, and temples are based on these same principles of sacred geometry.

Do you ever wish you had been born a woman? What is the hardest thing about being a man?

SporkInTheToaster · 04/07/2018 16:58

The golden ratio is the nautilus shell thing, no?

sacredgeometry · 04/07/2018 17:00

Never thought about being a woman. I think it would be hard.

Hardest part about being a man is i suppose the responsibility to my wife and kids. I cant just say fuck it and drop out of society or travel alone. I have to earn and play the game forever ! I don't begrudge them for it but you lose a lot of freedom in life once you say i do.

I've got black hair. AMA.
I like my new sandals. AMA.
I can't really be arsed to start the kid's dinner. AMA.

What's going on with the rash of AMA threads? Is there a reason?

sacredgeometry · 04/07/2018 17:03

Spork - yes however it has been determined that the nautilus shell is not quite the golden ratio.

You say you do more housework and she does admin. Honestly who does these things in your household?

  • clean the oven
  • clean the inside of the fridge/ defrost the freezer
  • clean the toilet
= change the beds
  • sort the laundry and pair thesocks
  • sort household insurance
  • sort utility bills and read meter
  • (if you have a car) organise services, MOTs
  • (if you have dcs) organises dcs' dentist/ doctor/ school appointments
  • (if you have a garden) cut the grass, weed the flower beds
= buys and sends birthday cards and presents for family
  • organises dcs' extra curricular activites
  • (if you have pets) organise vet visits and animal care
= plan holidays

Do you think your answer shows a fair distribution of responsibilities?

heatwave2018 · 04/07/2018 17:14

Have you looked at other men in the changing room to see if you looked normal?

RoseWhiteTips · 04/07/2018 17:14

Do you have problems with the apostrophe?

TheGherkin · 04/07/2018 17:16

Why are you ignoring my question?

MissConductUS · 04/07/2018 17:30

What's it like being a member of the patriarchy? What really happens at the meetings?

How have men run the world for centuries when you can't put dirty laundry in the hamper or buy someone a proper gift for her birthday?

charis · 04/07/2018 17:32

Oh dear OP at this Wifework issue.Good luck.

I'd like to know if you practice situational awareness at all times.

My BF is six feet four, surprised me by saying he'd feel at at disadvantage in a fight with someone beefier. This amazed me. His strength is phenomenal compared to the rest of the population.

I'm under seven stone and quite small and constantly having to deal with things like "is that repair man going to attack" (because these things have happened) or "shite, it's dark, I can't go out to the shed" I think men live in another world.

What do you do routinely to keep yourself safe?

sacredgeometry · 04/07/2018 17:35

Rose - Others were more interesting. I don't.

RoseWhiteTips · 04/07/2018 17:37

Check the title!🤣

sacredgeometry · 04/07/2018 17:38

Charis.

I keep myself safe by not putting myself into situations which are "dodgy" Being a man, tall and stocky of course is an advantage.

I don't tend to worry about things like going out to the shed or being around a repairman because i am a man. Sorry you have to worry about that kind of thing it sucks.
