yes, this has just started to happen to me. It's infuriating! I keep being offered the opportunity to buy some fugly boots, so am completely disinterested.

I imagine we're all getting different ads based on an algorithm. I've been browsing car websites the last few days and all my ads are for cars.

Takes over the page and is extremely annoying.

Not based on anything I have googled. I'm getting the Mercedes ad. Couldn't be less interested in cars and haven't looked up anything to do with cars in the last 2 years.

I understand there has to be advertising..

But it makes everything unreadable..even the ads aren't properly readable on my phone

I’m going to have to turn off my phone and interact with my husband who is watching the rugby now. Probably going to have to get him some crisps or something.

Site is totally unusable. So fed up with the ads which are either inappropriate or not setup properly like this one which is covering the page on every thread I go to and active!!

Genuinely going to stop using this site if this is what I have to put up with. It's infuriating!!

It's bad enough that when you try to post the cursor messes about and the spaces between paragraphs are huge making it look like im thick!!

It's been a couple of days now hasn't it? I get lulled into a false sense of security, browse 2 threads trouble-free and then '"Wham!" I'm faced with this.

I got this for the first time today, I thought people might be complaining a bit too much, but no, it’s genuinely so irritating you can’t read the thread. It’s like trying to look under a tent flap to read a newspaper.

Lots of users have already shared the URLs genuinely just how many do you need to try to implement some sort of fix?

It's happening on almost every bloody thread so I'm not sure how every user sending you thousands of URLs of each thread is going to be much use to you.

How does the URL help? It i an issue with MN and MN only. I can read five posts then the advert appears.
