The trouble is that what is causing the “bloating” in the “state” is private companies absolutely robbing the public purse blind to provide worse services than in-house public services ever did, from private landlords to transport to the mail service and riddling education and the NHS. And that is not the sort of “bloating” that is ever targeted, somehow. Somehow all that ever happens is that frontline staff actually providing the services are cut, even as demand grows.

And you don't see that as an issue? You know, seeing others adding wee bits to the truth to spin it to how they, and you, want others to read about your subject of interest. Or are you anxiously awaiting data about different ethnic / nationality groups living in the U.K. - because this is (I would imagine) virtually impossible, given how many people are of mixed heritage.

Except for the billions lost in the black economy, i.e. tradesmen doing "cash in hand" jobs and not declaring the income, small businesses who should be VAT registered but havn't, people selling duty free cigarettes and tobacco, etc. VAT works for the law abiding, but is pretty easy to evade for those who aren't.

It’s all available for anyone who wants the information. If Labour lose they’ll have usually 28 days to publish, unless they appeal on a point of law.

This notice normally gives the government 28 calendar days to publish the masked data or face being held in contempt of court.

The First-tier Tribunal is an official part of the UK justice and court system.

Hence the contempt of court if they don’t publish.

So no idea what the issue is with anyone’s posts.
