The leaflet you are referring to is irrelevant.
Even British born men have to have these things written down for them because apparently they don’t know how to act.
If you go to any school, college, university, prison, hospital, hotel, approved premise etc there will be written signs reminding men on how to behave.
Many places will have actually leaflets given out or things like sexual harassment policies in the workplace because British men don’t know how to behave (although funnily enough they don’t forget how to behave around other men).
However, I would not want 1000 men undocumented, documented, British, non-British etc to be housed near me.
I’m struggling to find the reasoning for it tbh.
1000 people trying to find jobs, needing a doctors, dentist etc is a lot for one small area.
I would also be concerned about attracting criminals to the area who try and exploit them (unless that’s why they want them all together to reduce this).
Why not just spread them out more across different areas.
I guess there’s a good reason for having them all together but not sure if it’s the right decision.
